The curtain isnt fully up, there is a vent cover missing from my bathroom & the flip door lock is broken off

It’s a budget hotel and you get what you pay for. It’s under renovation, but the inside rooms seem better than the outside rooms (rooms with doors to the outside directly). The rooms were clean, good sized. and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was minimal: toast, cereal, and waffles. It was set up late, so that was a bit of an inconvenience. Locally operated, so not much staff. Overall, it’s a good value and convenient location.

This place was completely rundown. The balconies looked like there were about to crumble off the building. The doors look like they have been kicked in at least once and therefore do not open/shut without effort. The rooms are not clean- missing TV and one side of room had no electricity. Could not get out of there fast enough- so cannot comment on breakfast.

Property is run down, parking lot needs paved, very old and dated.

The bed was absolutely miserable, like sleeping on a box spring. The fridge in the room was froze over so was not cooling. Outside there was people grilling outside their rooms, broken furniture around, and kids running around. Police were driving by all the time

Breakfast was lacking a little, but better than most! Beds and pillows were very soft! My husband wasn't a fan but I loved them!

Electrical wiring unsafe in room 334.

It smelled like someone smoked something illegal in my room before I arrived, then it was 83 degrees in the room when it was about that outside. The ceiling and walls were chipped paint and full of cobwebs, the tub was chipped and gross as well as the walls in the shower looked like they had been lime stained for years. Neither tv remote worked and the internet was down due to service issues so I was a pretty crappy night stay.

The room was very clean. The Tv didn’t work when we checked in and there wasn’t a telephone in the room to call the desk. The problem was fixed right away.

Wonderful stay with incredibly friendly staff!! They made our weekend feel so special!

The place itself is good for one night stay. It’s newly renovated so it looks clean inside. However I found a cockroach inside my paper bag in the morning. Also a lot of cigarettes butts everywhere. So it’s the clientele that really makes the hotel have a bad reputation

Bottle of water needs to be bought using cash money which is not realistic in modern era.

Pictures are not as described. I drove 9 hours and needed a place to sleep and we show up and there’s ply wood boarded up on a window, a not so favorable crowd, a chuckie doll hanging in a window, and work/maintenance going on drastically in the back of the building. Therefore making the property look half in use. Keep in mind I reserved this location two weeks in advance to be sure I would have somewhere nice. However when I tell you my jaw dropped and how unsafe I felt was an understatement. Fortunately the front desk person I spoke to stated they had not yet charged my card and therefore cancelled my reservation. I will still be keeping up on that in the coming days to be sure I was not charged but I definitely do not recommend this location for anyone. Pictures described a solid coat of paint on the outside but in person was dingy, paint peeling, rust everywhere, and concrete cracking. I’m not saying it has to be five stars and I know people say you get what you pay for but this was definitely a no for me.
