Most employees were very nice except the morning desk guy manager was a dick. First night was fine. Next night a lot more guests arrived and they were the problem not the hotel. A particular set of guests made everyone uncomfortable and should have been asked to leave their first day, but i guess not everuone has outside etiquette

In general the stay was good, but I paid more for a ocean front room but the construction was an obstacle in my pictures and view, for the breakfast we had to walk across the street to get it and was the same all days
The room was clean but the carpet in the floor looks very dirty and old, the kitchen and bathroom looks very good, clean and remodeled
In conclusion our stay was comfortable and good but not too much for the price.

Close to all many experiences
Didnt furnish normal toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, couldnt find beach towels near the pool, food at the pool side "Yellow Umbrella " was expensive and tasted terrible

Great oceanfront view from our room! We had to request more bath towels a couple times when they should have been restocked daily. The breakfast was good a nice variety of options. They need to fix the juice machine. The concentrations were off, orange juice watery and apple juice overly sweet.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. My room was located in a building across the street, not on the beachfront side as I expected. The pool looked dirty, and in the common areas—by the pool, on the beach, and even near the rooms—there were constantly people smoking marijuana, which was very unpleasant.
The hotel also seemed to lack proper security. I noticed there was no staff monitoring access to the recreational areas, which made me feel unsafe.
Had I known what the experience would be like, I would have gladly spent a bit more to stay at a higher-quality hotel. For the price I paid, this hotel did not meet expectations—it felt overpriced for what it actually offered.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel and I don’t plan to return.

Myrtle Beach is not the cleanest and this resort has construction in the middle of the buildings going out into the ocean, so it obstructs the view to the south. Also, buildings are old and need some love. Smelly bathroom, loud wall AC unit in room. Wasn’t the nicest.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. From the moment we checked in, the room was a major letdown. It was noticeably dirty, with an unpleasant smell and stained cover sheets that didn’t appear to have been changed. The AC panel was loose and falling, and when maintenance arrived to fix it, the technician stepped on one of the chairs with his dirty shoes — completely unacceptable in a hospitality setting.
Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of cleanliness made for an uncomfortable and disappointing stay. I expected much better, especially given the price.
Due to the poor condition of the room, we decided to shorten our stay by a night. Definitely not what we expected.

When I booked the resort I paid extra for an ocean view. The first room they put us in was tiny with no view. I immediately called the front desk and they put us on the construction side and we had to go on the balcony to see the water. Construction didn’t bother me as much as not getting the room I paid for.
