Convenient downtown location, quirky, eclectic, high-end decor in the rooms and public spaces (working fireplaces in the rooms!). Helpful, friendly staff. Easy walking to excellent restaurants and amenities, Great cocktail bar on site. Easy parking across the street.

The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the unusual decor. The vibe wasn’t sterile/cold. Could use some fresh paint in the room and the lighted mirror didn’t work. Also, the hair dryer was dirty (but I brought my own, so no worries fume).

The reason I gave it only three stars was that we had three adults in the room and they had a sharing a king size bed. I went down to request a different room. They didn’t have any double beds available so they brought a caught up. When I got our bill, it was $50 tacked onto our bill for the cot. I asked him why I was being charged for the cop when there wasn’t enough accommodations for all the people in our party and they said you should’ve known that when you booked it. I thought you probably had a sleeper sofa to accommodate the other person I told them. She had said how did youto make a reservation I said through Travelocity. And all she said was that’s your problem right there.

I loved the luxury designs. I got the Whirlpool Suite and I was ABSOLUTELY in awe at the design. The staff was friendly. Loved. Loved. Will be doing it again!
