Always great service and friendly staff. Great dining room and bar! Steve and his staff that take care of business, for this area, are friendly and fun to be around. Steve also is very knowledgeable about the great whisky and bourbon they have!

Building was beautiful and clean, mattress was way to firm, Hot tub jets weren't working, they were aware and no plans of fixing. Would of went elsewhere had i of known.

We were very pleased with our entire stay! We were able to check in early, the staff were all very professional and helpful. The bar tender was great! We will be back and will recommend Doubletree Appleton to our friends!

Had a pleasurable stay! The problem was the pool wasn't heated like stated.

It was a good stay We have stayed before This time was a tad different as the pillows were not very comfortable and flat Otherwise good stay, quiet and relaxing

The first night of our 2 night stay, we were forced to change rooms because our TV and phone were not functioning. It was nice of them to allow us to do that as opposed to waiting till the next day for maintenance to check it out. The next day I asked for them to compensate us for our inconvenience and they did by removing the breakfast charge. Thank you!

There was a group of kids running the halls all night. Hotel didnt seem to do anything about it. Disappointing.

The pool was frigid, which was disappointing with 3 young kids.

1) 2 of the ceiling fire extinguishers were not installed 2) the doors slam shut making it difficult to sleep 3) there was a door joining to the next room & we could hear EVERYTHING those occupants did 4) there were 2 long cuff marks on the ceiling

I didn’t like that an unknown male came into my room and started me and my Granddaughter. I screamed and he was still in the room for quite a while, touched my items in my bed but never acknowledged the fact that I was there until my Granddaughter hears me scream took her head from under the covers and then he stated sorry wrong room. The staff was very unconcerned, non empathetic and very nonchalant about what had taken place.

My stay at your hotel was to celebrate my friends 75 birthday. We just wanted to relax, swim and enjoy the hot tub. The hot tub was nice and warm but less than half of the jets were working. We attempted to get in the pool but the water was ice cold! So much for swimming. We didn’t want to go anywhere so decided to have dinner in your restaurant. The staff, wait staff, bartenders were very friendly and the service excellent but the food left a lot to be desired. We both ordered fish with drawn butter. The butter was rancid! You have at least 10 popular restaurants within 1 mile of your hotel. I was in the restaurant business for almost 20 years and you need to reinvent your restaurant. Your restaurant is very nice, clean and convenient to the community with plenty of parking. Your hotel was full but the restaurant was empty at 6 pm except for my friend and I and 1 other table. You just need to update your menu or something. As mentioned our room was nice, clean, great beds and a great shower but had a few issues. The TV guide is offered via a QR code. Problem was it said it was not operational. We scanned thru the channels looking for a movie to watch. We found channel after channel of every kind of sport known to man but little else. I know this is just one persons opinion but having been in the business I see great potential with a little inventiveness to make your hotel stand out.

Great place, highly recommended. Will definitely stay again when in the area!
