Had an amazing time here with a few friends! Right in the heart of everything. Starbucks on the property, ice cream shop on the property, the pool was the perfect vibe with a bar. Game room, laundry room. I was looking for a hotel near Universal and got lucky with this one!
Definitely coming back next year!

Clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet with many food options each morning for an additional cost. My family liked that the hotel offered a shuttle to Universal or it was appropriately 15 minute walk to Universal. The refrigerator in the room iced up when it was turned on so we were not able to use it. The parking gates for the overnight lot did not accept our room key cards so we had to call for help every time we entered and exited which was a pain. Also the room could use more outlets for a family of 4 to charge devices. The existing outlets didn’t hole the plugs.

Just stayed there for 11 nights with my girlfriend. Check in was quick and easy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned everyday which felt nice after long days at theme parks. Shuttle to Universal was very convenient. Pool area was awesome. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was great. Ice makers weren’t working though. I checked 3 floors and went to the front desk where I was told by an agent to keep searching. Another agent next to her said I could go to the bar, I requested they bring me ice to my room instead, an older gentleman brought it with a visible attitude. Other than that I didn’t interact with the employees much but the initial check in process was probably the most enjoyable.

I had a great time at the hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Also the restaurant staff were very friendly. Also the buffet staff did such a great job. The restaurant's bar tender was great. I loved everything about the hotel, very nice and clean room. Will definitely come back. ❤️

Lobby, restaurant and shops are pretty nice. Starbucks being on location is a plus. Parking was $99 for 3 nights which is absolutely insane. The rooms are outdated and smell bad. I had to switch rooms after the first night because we kept finding bugs on the bed and in the bathroom. 1-2 I wouldn't mind but after 2 big cockroaches showed up….nope. Told the front desk and showed them pictures. Front desk was helpful, apologized and switched my room. Manager didnt show her/his face though. Wasnt even offered one of those cookies for the inconvenience so thats why Im posting this review lol.
