This site is great. Easy to find, travel to airport was fast. Walkable to all universal parks. Lots of grocery and fast food nearby. Only problem was shower temps. Not hot enough. But 20min walk to Universal was perfect. Great pool and awesome cookies for FREE!

There were 3 people at the front desk, and check-in still took longer than I liked. The staff were all helpful and nice. Great pool. Great looking layout. Great breakfast buffet. Nice as hotel rooms go, but the AC gave me slight bronchitis. I would stay again.

The room was a little dated with a musty smell. Good water pressure, beds weren’t the most comfortable. The buffet breakfast bacon was amazing and the front desk staff were cheerful and polite. Very convenient to Universal Parks and would stay there again.

The service was relatively poor. For a property of this location and standard, the service and amenities were not very good.
Breakfast was simple, not very good for a hotel of this stature. Parking was not free and there were issues going in and out of the parking lot due to gate control.

This hotel was ideal for walking to Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure. Hotel room had great view of parks and very spacious. Pool lovely too! Would definitely recommend.

The parking price for overnight night guest was a bit pricey. However, for the convenience worked. The ramp to Universal if a value add. The property is clean and inviting. The only drawback I have is the lack of acknowledgment for waiting guests at the check-in line. The priority people do not acknowledge waiting guest in the non priority to line or assist the next guest when there is no one waiting in their line. The non-priority line representative was very friendly,but did not let the waiting guest know when they needed to step away or that they would be right with them.

This is a great place to stay. Rooms are spacious, clean, quiet. Breaksfast has many options including freshly made custom omelettes and is free. The service is excellent. It's close to Universal and they offer advise on navigating the parks. The outlets are not far.

The maid walked in on us at 9:38am, checkout 11:00am. Uncalled for, no sign to hang on the outside handle, deadbolt did not show occupied, $35 to park, we will never stay at a Hilton again

Recently stayed 3 nights and the stay was wonderful. Very friendly and kind staff. I loved the location and the convenience of having everything super close. The rooms were clean as well as around the property. My favorite part was the restaurant options on the grounds making it super convenient for those traveling with children.
