Awesome hotel, staff was awesome and hotel was in the right place near the park and also had nearby options from pharmacy to restaurants. Thank You Double tree Hilton Hotel. We will be returning next summer 😎👍

Good location, very close to universal studio. They offer free cookies during our stay and they provide free shuttle to the universal. Front desk is quick with their services. Very business-like with many conferences.

The hotel was affordable. The bathroom was very dated. Our keys got deactivated while trying to get back into the room to grab a phone before getting on the bus to the park. We almost missed the bus & we’re not able to get the phone. Problem was fixed as soon as we got back to the hotel.

The hotel itself is clean and modern, however the rooms are dated.
Our room had a broken door to the fridge and a broken mattress protector. I asked to have them looked at but after a long day out, neither had been fixed - and remained broken for 2 days until I checked out. Additionally the air conditioning unit was very loud all night.

I appreciate the help from you all since our arrival. Very nice people.😁 However, the appearance of this hotel is a disappointment, for it to be a Double Tree /Hilton Brand. For the price and all that I'm being charged, it's not upscale enough. Very old, not modern and not really clean. Honestly, if I would've known and could've made accommodations elsewhere, I would've.

The Hilton double charged me for parking which should not be a thing even with the gate. Parking should be available to those staying then for free. They should not make a habit of price gouging their guests

we stayed Five nights, we found a cockroach in the bathroom, no shower pressure at all in the shower so after a long day at the beach it was hard to get our hair clean,the tv never worked even though they sent a technician that just told us he could not do anything. not the hotel's fault but the couple next door made noise all night. awfull stay.
