Everything was clean as it could be. Hotel is old and need upgrades to occur. Staff is doing their best with what they have

The staff were extremely professional an offered recommendations on dining in the area as well as entertainment options.

This is a hotel that has obviously been there a while, but has been well-maintained and cared for. The staff were friendly, helpful, and prompt. We were the only ones scheduled for an airport shuttle that day, apparently, but the driver was on-time and courteous at 4am.

They service was wonderful. Jeffrey was just awesome. Now the bathroom in my room well that is something else. Spiders coming out of the sink is a hard no. The caulking around the tub needs re-done. The wall right outside the elevator on the 4th floor needs to be done. You have black mold growing there. Also please fix your elevators. That is kinda scary. I know I'm complaining about some things but I would stay there again. Just somethings need done. Again the service was awesome and everyone was just lovely which made it a great stay.

Nice lobby and first appearance impression but after checking that goes downhill quick

The exterior of the building was dated. The lobby appeared to be renovated but it was humid in the lobby. Once in our room, the air didn’t appear to work. Called front desk for maintenance. He acknowledged it was humid in the room and had to cut off the unit to reset it. It was 74 Degrees in the room. Also noticed a large wet area near the side of the bed. Requested to be moved. Moved to the next room that smellled like someone smoked in the room. Mold appeared to be on the curtains. This was not up to our standards staying at a Hilton property. My family and I didn’t spend the night. We are requesting a full refund on Monday when I contact the manager.

The stay was beautiful. The workers was nice. I recommend this hotel 100%.

This property needs tender love and care a lot of peeling paint.

Horribly managed, hotel very worn out and neglected, hair products empty could not wash hair or condition. Bathroom was filthy Sink was dry not clean, faucet in sink had obvious toothpaste spit on top, if someone had cleaned they couldn't miss this, counter top showed soap skum run off, toilet and tub had not been cleaned either, chair had very old dirty stains and carpet extremely dirty stained with spills and torn at door entrance, had to keep socks on at all times. Night desk clerk was very nice that was all. As much as this hotel was in despair I don't believe they will do anything about it whoever's managing it at this time ! What happened to this once beautiful Grand exclusive hotel?

Terrible service. Staff members lied to me. I was told things would be fixed and they weren't.

Room was nice and clean staff was friendly I would definitely be playing in my next visit

The building and style was very fine unless you look closely at the trim, the ceiling, or the broken toilet handle. So, a lot of wear was very apparent.

Food in restaurant is awful. I went to breakfast at 9am and it had to be the same food that was put out at 6am! Everything was cold, hard and dried out. I told the manager and she said “sorry”, shrugged her shoulders and walked away! If costs $16 for that food we couldn’t eat

It was quiet and the folks were nice
