Nice and quiet area to stay for the night. There are Walking trails, gym and pool is nice and clean. Tucked Away from the busy area

I love this hotel. LOVE. But recently I’ve encountered where the AC/heat doesn’t work. My phone in the room didn’t work. Couldn’t call out. When I told the front desk they could only offer more blankets. It was quite cold. And now there is construction going on in the marina with the guys screaming and the pounding going on. :( At 8 am- it was a rude awakening.

The location of this hotel is superb, as it offers a view of the sea in two directions. It's also safer compared to some areas in Berkeley. However, the facilities are somewhat outdated and in need of renovation. The parking is also expensive, 40$ per night.

The service was terrible. Check out was at 12pm and we were being rushed by housekeeping and told us that they would prefer if we left early. Very rude and unprofessional.

Hotel is managed incompetently . There is a $40 charge to park nightly so the rate is a lot higher than it seems. The television goes out regularly with satellite issues. The hotel restaurant is high priced with below average quality food.

Our room was comfortable with a nice view of the Marina. The hotel is older and needs some updating- also the area is a bit run down (lots of homeless living in cars and campers near the property but this seems to be the norm in this area. The price was good - restaurant on site was good and convenient.

The large building was a maze, and I found myself lost several times. The staff would tell me where to go, but then a door would be locked and I had to backtrack. I put the “Do Not Disturb” tag on my door, but the cleaning lady still knocked, and I had to tell her several times that I was busy. Hotel room was average at best.
