I have stayed at this property many times and enjoy the location and room. However, I wish that as a Hiltons Honors, frequent customer at this site that a little more focused customer service could be afforded. In particular, I understand that check-in time is 4 pm however - if, as a Hiltons Honors patron, I "check-in" and select my room 24 hours prior to my stay. It would be helpful if after flying from east coast to west coast restricted by flight schedules that I could get into my room a bit earlier than 4 pm. I called and was told I "might" be able to get in after 2 pm. I arrived at 3 pm and was told by "Glinda" at the front desk that the room wasn't ready and I could check again in a little while. Checked again a little before 4 pm and still not ready and then just after 4 pm...the room was ready! (I really doubt that every single room isn't ready until exactly 4 pm!) I also choose not to have housekeeping daily which I think is helpful to the environment but also contributes to expense control at Hilton. Of course, this means I need to go to the front desk to get some coffee packs since they are ordinarily replaced during housekeeping. It would be much friendlier if the desk representative could just give me the coffee instead of having to have someone else deliver them to my room which means I have to postpone any in room activity until after the coffee delivery is complete. These aren't huge items but some things to make my visit a little more pleasant.

Our stay was average. Think the hotel could be cleaner. They did give us a discount on parking but it's still a ridiculous charge. They were very prompt at delivering a toiletry we had forgotten.

It was very nice and clean but to charge customers $40 per night for parking outside is ridiculous. And the showers suck. Very little water pressure and the hot water was only luke warm. Other wise all was good

Comfy rooms. Had cute little balcony. Beds were super comfy. Parking is 40 a night but we parked across the street and it was fine.

We arrived to check in and they were very busy and a staff member came to give us all water bottles. Everyone was very friendly. We booked a room with a view but our view was of a bush. So my husband asked if we could get a room with a view and they moved us no problem. We’re caregivers to my mom so days away are rare. We will be going back.

The check-in process at this property was extremely frustrating and disorganized. We were required to download an app to check in, which didn’t work at all. After wasting time trying to get it to function, I went to check in at the front desk—only to find a long line of others having the same issue (about 6 people ahead of me and 10 behind). Meanwhile, my husband had to wait by the parking area because the instructions said parking check-in had to be done through the app. After a 20-minute wait, we finally reached the front desk, only to be met with a condescending receptionist. Our room wasn’t ready, and when we inquired about the warm cookies, my husband politely reached out to grab one. Instead of acknowledging him, the receptionist ignored him completely and handed them to me—despite my hands being full. Once we finally got into the room, we noticed the couch had visible stains and dirty footprints on it, which was disappointing and unhygienic. It may seem small, but it's the little things that make a difference in a guest’s experience. A simple act of courtesy, a clean room, or a warm welcome goes a long way—and unfortunately, that was missing here.

All good, the staff was nice the locations is pretty but the hotel is very out dated, that is the only bad, they can use a fresh painting that will change immediately the looks.

A huge change. We stayed here awhile ago and there have been significant improvements - in the staff friendliness and helpfulness and in the comfort of the rooms. A smallish room but we were able to get the first floor that we wanted and the bed was comfortable and shower strong. Only comment is that the furnishings were a bit dated and not in the best condition (sheer window curtain torn, sink control leaking at the base, electric outlets on the lamp/desk were not tight enough to hold the plugs, safe not working). Nothing can beat the surroundings of the marina and walking paths. Just so peaceful. And of course, having our dogs, and other dogs, be able to stay is the best part.

Waited over 30 minutes to check in. I was told the pool was closed due to broken pipes. It was open with several people swimming. No ice in any of the machines. 40 dollars to park is ridiculous.
