Very comfortable hotel on the Berkeley marina. Staff was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Room was small, but nicely appointed and comfortable. Good value for the money. We enjoyed our stay.

This hotel has a beautiful setting right on the bay, with lovely walks surrounding it. Staff are friendly and helpful. I appreciated the convenience of the café. There is a daily parking charge; I found it less expensive to ride-share. Although the hotel was busy when I was there, my room was utterly quiet. I do wish hotels consistently provided an armchair and a desk chair in rooms; this hotel isn't the only one to not have an armchair in a king-bed room.

For a Hilton property absolutely pathetic. Super dirty and outdated. Benefiting solely from its location. I booked breakfast through Expedia and both Expedia and the Hotel said that I didn't and that there wasn't even a breakfast option available to book. Only a la carte breakfast at the Boathouse. I will definitely never return, extremely disappointing!

The property was nice customer service was horrible. I called service desk day after I checked out to inquire on charges on my bill the representative had a bad tone as if she hated her job and my questions were irritating her. Representative refused to give her name and rudely hung up in my face. I will never go to this hotel again nor will I ever recommend this establishment for anyone to stay.

Maintenance woke me up 2 of the 3 mornings I stayed there doing work and talking loudly outside. Other residents were relatively loud, off leash dogs outside my patio door, no patio furniture. Overall decent place to sleep but very inconvenient with noise, service was average.
