The staff is incredible at the front desk. The whole staff was kind the hotel was great. Perfect location if you need to walk downtown, this is a great hotel. My only gripe is that the shower was clogged however that was an easy fix. There’s nothing for me to complain about. Great products in the room for cleaning, shower body lotion, conditioner, more expensive than the cheap stuff you find in most hotels.

Beautiful Interior of a hotel with all kinds of amenities including heated pools and vending machines. If I ever returned to Fresno, I would stay at the Double Tree.

This hotel provided a great location to serve as our base during our visit to the area. It’s central location and ease of access for both highway and train station made arrival and excursions a breeze. The room was spacious and clean. Reception was super helpful and friendly! Kudos for the welcome cookies. Overall it was a nice stay and would recommend it to others.

Despite the hotel being very crowded for a nearby athletic event, the service was great. We especially enjoyed the "free breakfast" that came with our room, and the waiting staff was excellent. Terrific ambiance inside the huge atrium/entrance.
