Great place to stay

Hotel was nice besides the fact that we asked for a glass shower & didn’t get that. Instead we got an accessible/hearing room which we did not book & with that we had to keep adjusting the shower head because it was a handheld one. For some reason the tv kept cutting off in the middle of a show our first night there which was weird. Other than that it was an okay stay

Great reception staff, nice accommodations and plenty of things to do around the area.

Convenient to the Coliseum Bathroom tub/shower could have been cleaner. But overall it was a good experience and would stay here again.

It did its job

When we arrived at the hotel around 330 pm there was a large number of people waiting in the lobby. Come to find out it was because they had no rooms ready to check all these people in to. We ended up having to wait about 30 minutes to get checked in. The worst part of the stay though was 315 am some kind of alarm woke us up. It was a continuous sound kind of like an alarm. We had to hunt around in the room to find the source and it was coming from the air filter area of the air conditioner. We called the desk. The girl was short with us, like we were bothering her. Whatever the alarm was finally stopped with no further issues. By this point we had been up for about a hour. Thankfully we were finally able to go back to sleep. The air filter in there was disgustingly dirty. Caked with dust. It hadn’t been changed for a very long time.

The bed literally had two craters in it where people sleep. It was the worst bed I’ve ever slept on in 60 years. The shower had no hot water at 8 AM or 11 AM. There was no soap in the dispenser in the shower. The ice container would only hold 2 cups of ice. It was so small. Check out time we were trying to get finished cause we waited until 11 o’clock to try and take a shower and we told the lady that knocked on the door that wanted to know why we were still in the room that we had no hot water and we waited to try and get hot water to take a shower. Needless to say we weren’t able to take a shower so we had to drive several hours without a shower.
