Doubletree is undergoing a major reconstruction so the parking lot, lobby, etc are a bit confusing. Nonetheless check in was smooth as it could have been, staff helpful, and the on-site restaurant exceptional.

We booked this hotel because it is one of only a few hotels with outdoor pool. We arrived and discovered the pool is closed for updates. We had Avery disappointed 8 yr old grandson.

Under construction, safety risk for my autistic child. No pool, no hot tub. Front desk manager is extremely rude and will notate customers accounts w rude comments and make dirty faces every time we walk thru the lobby. Very was beautiful, but to charge almost $500 for 1 night in a double queen room w no amenities is ridiculous, not even microwaves in rooms. Double charge bank account for hold and room charge totaling $903. Not everyone can afford that especially on last day of the trip, then told I have to wait until the bank credits it back. Should never hit the account 2 times w different amounts for 1 night. Worst Hilton ran hotel ever!!!!!!!!!!

I liked the sites and sounds of the river flowing next to the hotel and it’s proximity to the University of Montana campus. In addition, the restaurant had wonderful choices for happy hour and dinner. However, one drawback was the train horns blaring during the early morning hours.

The open portion of the property not under renovation was in excellent condition. Cookies on arrival were delicious and restaurant on property was terrific

Loved our room and the helpful staff but the hotel was under renovations and there was a makeshift lobby and it was awkward going to the restaurant and even more inconvenient to use the bathroom at the restaurant as you had to go out to the lobby to get a key to the toilet and return

Noisy, heat stuck on 80. Had to leave balcony door open to get room temp down. Instead of a creek, room overlooks a Burger King parking lot. Lobby shown in photos is no longer there. WiFi broken. Staff apologetic but unhelpful.

The only thing was the construction outside. The staff made it work, I wasn’t aware of the construction so when I pulled up I was confused. The upstairs people were super noisy.
