Very spacious and beautiful

The shuttle is supposed to be every 30 minutes. I called at night to check because it had been 45 minutes and front desk never answered multiple times. Shuttle bus old and smelly. Got to the hotel and the key system is not working they said a guy from the hotel had to walk me to my room and open the door. This felt very unsafe for a woman traveling alone. This was already 11pm. The front desk lady didn’t even look me in the eye or welcome me when I walked in and just said they would bring me the keys to the room but that never happened. The room needs serious renovation chipped walls paint the air conditioner doesn’t adjust to the temperature. I went to get a shower and the water didn’t go to the train it was clogged. The air conditioner is loud. I needed the front desk and the phone in the room didn’t work and they never pick up if you call from outside.Overall I can adjust but in this case it was one thing after the other. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Brief stay at DoubleTree Philadelphia Airport. The check in was too long. Idem for the shuffle from airpot. Room clean.

I was pleasantly surprised with the look and cleanliness of the hotel and the room, it is better than the other hotels I have stayed at near the airport…and the bar was open 😊

that hotel needs to be updated in every area

The area is near the airport and highway. It is easy to get around. You need to pay to park, but it is a safe parking area, and hotel is very nice. It is clean, and friendly.

It started with the 90-minute wait for the airport shuttle (one passed us without bothering to stop), several unhelpful phone calls and a bizarre explanation that we shouldn't expect a pickup because the shuttle is "only a courtesy." Upon checking into our room, we found a bloody mattress cover and air conditioning that we couldn't shut off. We were too tired to book a different hotel, so we moved to a somewhat cleaner room. The hotel comped us a breakfast. Whoopee!

Not enough staff, staff seemed very overloaded and overwhelmed. There was one guy running the airport shuttle and he was running back and forth but couldn’t pick up all the passengers. Only one staff at the front desk and a long check in line, plus people trying to book new reservations.

Bathroom floor was dirty. Door and tub was rusty. Carpet was worn

Pretty nastry place needs a Reno

We chose for overnight parking and it was convenient enough but we ran into a pre season game and it took forever to reach hotel and like wise the shuttle was very late 50 minutes. Hotel was ok - room clean but nothing around. The restaurant was decent bar food - only 1 waiter but he did a great job.

Good rooms and desk staff, horrible and delayed shuttle transportation. No urgency and nearly an hour late.

Not what’s expected when staying at a double tree… At check-in the clerk seemed more interested in joking with his coworker then telling us what was going on. We asked if $25 parking allowed us to come and go. Clerk said yes. But failed to explain that you had to push the help button on the gate box so you wouldn’t have to pay. The floor 3-4ft in front of the ac unit was soaked. Approached the front desk about it and just wanted a refund that we just didn’t even want to stay. The clerk
