Very convenient location to the airport. Their shuttle was quick and reliable. The room was recently renovated and was very comfortable.

I only stayed here for about 8 hours before having to checkout for an early flight. But, it's very convienient to the airport, and their shuttle is efficient. The A/C was a window installed unit, but that wasn't a big deal, it did cool the room down. Hot water was very good. Didn't have the chance to watch the TV so not sure what the channel choices were.

Good location and clean environment. Though it was a bit confusing to find this hotel which has recently changed name from "Radisson" to "DoubleTree"

The location is convenient. It is right next to the airport. The room is ok however they need to improve their service. We stayed there for 5 nights and our room didn’t get a cleaning service for the entire time even though I had requested a cleaning service during check in and asked for it again at the front desk on day 3. We had to take the trash out ourselves. They only offer free coffee and tea on the property which wasn’t even available on some days. Not staying with them again.

The hotel tried to charge me for the room I booked and paid for thru Hotel.com. They charged my card saying that the payment did not go through. I had paid through the app and my payment was posted in my back account days prior. I believe they tried to scam me and there was no manager to handle the situation properly.

I stayed here this weekend during a last-minute trip to Rhode Island to visit family, and I feel like I really lucked out finding this hotel at the rate I did. It’s a new construction, so while some amenities like the bar and restaurant weren’t open yet, you could see them—and they look fantastic.
There’s plenty of free guest parking, which is always a plus. The gym is small, with just a few dumbbells and treadmills—nothing fancy, but perfect for a quick, effective workout. I also loved the cute courtyard area with a grill, which was a nice touch. Inside, there’s a well-stocked concession stand offering high-quality snacks, mini meals, and both hot and cold drinks.
Our room was average-sized with two double beds, a desk, mini fridge, microwave, and a clean, modern bathroom. It comfortably fit me, my mom, and my two small kids. Since everything is brand new, the room was spotless—no complaints there.
There’s always someone at the front desk, and they were friendly and helpful. And the warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in? A total win.
All in all, I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for an affordable stay that doesn’t sacrifice quality.

The major attraction to this hotel was convenience to the airport and a shuttle pick and drop off even at very late or early hours. Seems like the hotel is going through a remodel from Radisson to Double Tree - lot of noise even after 1pm with people moving - no dining options due to remodel but rooms were clean and comfortable

Booked under a radisson which had been redone. Their system didn’t work so took three tries to get the right room or room key to work. Pull out couch didn’t work. Restaurant and amenities not available. Ran out of food and coffee

Absolutely DISGUSTING behavior by front desk at check in!!! NO RESTAURANT NO BAR ON SITE AS ADVERTISED!! When I questioned this, the short tattoed clerk put her hand in my face and told me to hushhh! Total false advertising, I want s partial refund!
