Room stunk of cleaning materials. Never received 6:30am wake up call. Bar TV did not have cable for college football. When I arrived, numerous people smoking weed in large patio in back of hotel. Location was great. Parking was fine. I was alone so no problem. I would not recommend for families

No longer Radisson as my Expedia communications indicated. But price was honored a now a doubletree (Hilton) property. About 1/3 mile from airport baggage claim. Hilton refurbished property and rooms. Room 110 was huge. Sitting area with pull out sofa next to a king bed 40+ in HDTV. Bathroom also offered plenty of space. Good hot water pressure. A fixed shower heads and a handheld option. Although mechanism to switch between 2 water sources was a bit difficult to operate. Place has a small sundry shop with drinks, snacks, incidentals. Also they have a 12 seat bar and sitting areas directly off the lobby. Plenty free parking. We walked here from airport and next morning walked to car rental garage which was 2 blocks from hotel. Convenient location. Check in personnel pleasant personality and informative.

The renovation looks great. Only suggestion would be to use a vacuum cleaner on that nice new carpet occasionally. Other than that, top notch.

Check-in staff was okay, did not feel a warm welcome at check-in. But allowed us to check in an hour early, which is good. Double-tree cookies are so good, don't forget to ask for them. The room is clean with a mini fridge and a microwave. Staff at our check-out was pretty friendly. Pricing is decent, good for a short getaway. Downtown where there are more dining options is 15 min drive, Target is nearby.

I booked this hotel specifically for the double queen bed. I had paid extra for the booking just to select this room type. When I checked in, the staff gave me the key without even letting me know that it was a one king bed. I went back to ask, and was told that they don't have any double bed room available and technically the room they give me is an upgrade because the sofa could be a bed, so there was no refund.

Close to airport, clean, comfortable bed, inside is very nice, outside and surrounding area needs an upgrade. Provided transportation to airport. Hamburger at restaurant was good but expensive $25. Staff was very kind and friendly.

I was so looking forward to a nice relaxing night and not having to go out for dinner. With it having room service and a restaurant I thought I was set. No one warned me that the restaurant was closed and no food would be available. I’ve stayed at doubletree before and this was very disappointing.

Booked under their previous name, when they changed names/company, my reservation wasn’t fixed so when checking in there was much confusion as it was showing only one night but I paid for 3. Card wasn’t working for side door entry everytime
