Great location on the river walk. Nice enough people and staff. All the amenities.

Property is very outdated. Needs a total over haul. Also I will never book another trip through Expedia again or book anything with Hilton. I had to change reservations. Did not realize if I cancelled and rebooked - the original reservation would not be refunded. We ended up paying double for the rooms and they were certainly not worth it.

Everything was nice and tidy.

great location for Broadway shows. Bathrooms need upgrade. Coffee options poor. Dining pricey!

I reserved a room for 4th of July firework event... back in March.... I specifically said i want a view to the river/fireworks. I was assured I would have this multiple times leading up to July (i calld at least 3 times in the months prior and receptionist said its a good room). That was not the case. The day before 4th i called to confirm everything again, make sure we were good to go with river view room any extra payments, etc...and confirmed we were ok to check in at 4 on the 4th. The receptionist was rude/ seemed cold and non confirming of a decent firework /river view. Only said "i cant guarantee you can see fireworks as we dont know where fireworks will be set off".. I had to question her several times if we even had a river view room because she seemed to of "not heard" this question and /or disregarded /dodged question completley. She said we were paid and good to go to check in at 4 on the 4th. This was not the case. I didnt know we had to pay an additional yet seperate security deposit for damages. Maybe its my fault i didnt see this in the fine print somewhere but still i should have been told this at least once from one of the receptionost /staff members when i called multiple times. It was evident i was cluless and I was clear with communicating how ive never reserved a hotel room and didnt understand the process. Then the room..... It was the worst view of a side portion of the river and park. Room was not stocked.. i had to ask for

Great location in downtown Spokane. Check-in was smooth and room was wonderful

It's the second time I've stayed at this hotel, and I'm pretty sure we will continue to do so when we are in that area. Only down fall is the horrible pillows. 😅

Nice beds and good coffee

Had to pay for parking at the convention parking. The wouldn’t let me park in front and we arrived at 9pm. Should just let us park there, plenty of open spots too. No free water or WiFi.

Great restaurant.

The room was great, staff was kind. The only thing I can say for an area of improvement is that the toilet paper was a very cheap one ply. I feel like I paid enough for better toilet paper.

There is no microwave in the rooms.

For the price we paid I don’t think it was worth it. The bathroom was dirty, the lotion pump was falling off the walls. The beds were comfortable and the location was convenient. But I think we will stay at the Davenport just down the street next time. Much nicer and it’s actually better priced.

Excellent, professional and friendly staff make all the difference. Front desk, parking, cleaning staff and cafe staff were all top notch!
