They had great customer service and very good environment

This hotel has the potential to be great, but poor management is holding it back. The elevators were out of service, and the food was disappointing. However, the most frustrating aspect was the complete lack of hospitality. Basic amenities, like a complimentary coffee station in the lobby, were nonexistent. Instead, guests are forced to purchase a small cup of coffee from the gift shop for $3—and even then, it’s rationed like a scarce commodity. Simple, low-cost improvements could go a long way in making up for some of the hotel’s shortcomings. On a positive note, the cleaning staff was excellent—friendly, efficient, and clearly dedicated to their work. Unfortunately, their efforts alone aren’t enough to make up for the overall experience.

I liked that it was easy to get to down town area

The worst experience I’ve EVER had in a hotel. What a disgrace to the Hilton name and what an awful suggestion on behalf of Expedia.

It was amazing

Great location for events at the convention center, but parking is an addition $28 per day. Restaurant is good and loved that they have room service. Unfortunately, our room was terribly hot and the AC didn’t appear to work. The temp was 75 when we arrived, and I turned it down right away, but the room never cooled down. I tried all the settings, I even contacted the hotel, but never got any help. The hallway was much cooler so it was clearly just a problem with our room. Made it impossible for me sleep and I was sweating as I got ready in the morning.

Heather didn’t work properly, I was on my room for less than an hour. I was still charged for 2 days plus parking, even after I requested to check out and be refunded. Horrible customer service.

The beds were comfortable and clean-but the bathroom is very small and cramped! The shower is made for someone under 5 feet and the water temp kept changing from scalding hot to freezing cold on its own. The staff was great although the breakfast is expensive and not very good.

Staff was awesome, facility in room seemed a tad outdated but functional especially in the tub area. Otherwise enjoyed my stay.

Location

Parking was a nightmare. I was charged $28 per day to park there. There were times that I couldn't find a spot because they were letting anyone park for free. They left the gates up so that just anyone could come and go as they please. Since I was charged for parking, then I should have had a spot. I feel like I should be refunded for my parkingthat I paid for and didn't get.

The staff are friendly and helpful.

Hotel is beautiful and everyone was helpful and friendly. Room service was timely and there is a place for food delivery. Plenty of quiet seating. They have an indoor pool and fitness center, though no signage from elevator. Dining room was not open for lunch, but the cafe had some offerings.

Very clean and friendly staff.

Rooms not ready by even 8 pm, couldn’t get ready for expensive concert, missed concert, room still not ready by midnight , had to take a smaller room or we would’ve had nothing at all. Staff not helpful at all…so many people in lobby getting ready because no rooms were ready !

Jim at the front desk was extremely helpful. Lauren was rude, argumentative, and combative.
