My husband and I took our two children (5 and 3) and had a fabulous time! The pool and hot tub were perfect, the staff were friendly and helpful and it was a short drive to the Children’s Museum!

We really loved it. We liked that it was close to everything but also separate from the busy areas, the staff was awesome and the room was nice and spacious for the cost.

My stay was very comfortable but there was a few things that I was unsatisfied with. So I travel alot for work and never have I ever had to pay $50 a night for parking, that was a little insane to me. Also I had requested a room with a tub and I got one with a shower and ontop of that, every time I went to take a shower, there were some kind of knats or fruit flys coming out of the drain so that was definitely an ick. And lastly for a hotel that charges a lot of money to stay there, there should not be rammy teenage boys running around the hotel floors all hours of the day and night and slamming doors. I had to put on my white noise machine just to drown them out so I could sleep. But other than that it was fine.

We kept getting stuck in the elevators at very inconvenient times and had to walk up 4 flights of stairs or walk down 10 flights because the 3-9th floor wasn't working, our room was dusty and hard to breathe in which caused my friend to have an allergic reaction. But other than that it wasn't bad. Most likely we wouldn't go back.

Great hotel. Has a swimming pool and hot tub. All good. I had an excellent dinner at their restaurant. The only thing that bothered me was very minor; the food items they sold at the concession stand near the check-in counter were ridiculously expensive.

Room 811 tub was clogged and the shower head sprayed everywhere. The curtain rod was also not working properly, so water was all over the bathroom while showering. Had to wipe and clean everything after.
