I believe that this was a good value for the money. It's so close to all the universities, which is why I chose it. The rooms were in great shape and clean. The bed was comfortable, as was the Murphy bed, great AC controls, two TVs in the room with live TV, Netflix access, etc, property is in great shape, nice pool and Jacuzzi, etc. I do wish the parking was included though, I didn't expect to pay $47 a night for that. That was a surprise. I only spent two nights this trip so I only got to experience breakfast at the boathouse (which was good, but no free continental, which was disappointing) and not the other restaurants. All in all, I would very likely stay here again.

Paid for a balcony to watch fireworks for the 4th of July. Requested a room facing the Boston side when booked reservation. Checked in early and they told me it wasn’t available they were already reserved odd. We drive all the was up to be downgraded to a regular room ruined are whole weekend ended up having to walk down and be around thousands of people which we wanted to avoid.
