Did not like no fridge or microwave or coffee pot. Brought my own coffee pot. Little housekeeping, check in was ridiculous. It was about 30 minutes from the normal Check-in.We had to check our bags and wait by then.There was a pile up.

We like the property and the location. Near Fremont Street but off to the side so you don’t get as much noise as you do at some of the other resorts. The staff everywhere was Awesome! I feel like the property isn't being kept up and is declining. The lounge area and casino bathrooms were dirty. Our room wasn't cleaned well and our bathroom in our room was filthy. The heater in our room was very loud. I hope someone from corporate reads this and makes some improvements because this was one of my favorite spots downtown 🙏

The Downtown was a wonderful spot to stay. The casino was well spaced, granted my luck didn't follow me lol. So much fun. The room was spacious and clean, and bedding was soft and cozy.
Expect to pay 5 bucks for a coffee of ANY size in Vegas. Here was no exception.
On thing that absolutely MADE my stay successful was the concierge/door man/valet named James. He was ridiculously friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to provide this out of towner with useful tips to make the most out of my stay.

Overall good experience. Shower was not strong. We stayed in the Grand Tower and it was difficult to bring bags up the escalator. Music from Fremont was pretty loud until 1:00 or 2:00 am.

Valet, check in and bellman were all great! All were very friendly and helpful. Bathroom cleanliness could have been better. The bathroom floor was very dirty. The floor had lots of hair and debris, upon arrival, which did not belong to us. The mattress looked old and was uncomfortable. You can see where everyone sleeps because of the dips in the bed.

I have always stayed at The Downtown Grand, but these last 2 trips were not what I expected. The rooms are nice but cold. I asked for extra blankets and for the first request I had to cancel because it took over 1.5 hours and I was too tired to wait.. the second day I requested it was over an hour and I had to leave for dinner but thankfully when I returned my blankets and clean towels were there. This Hotel no longer offers daily room cleanings which for me is NOT ok.

Traveled with friends and our stay was great! The hotel is one block from Freemont St so it was more quiet than most hotels at night. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. We will return for our next Vegas trip!

We liked the room in the newer tower, smaller then the old tower but great view and sitting area. The older tower is quieter but it looked its age.

Property was okay but the customer service was not good. Had to move rooms 3 times. Wouldn’t stay here again. One of the rooms they put us in had a bathroom that smelled like throw up.
