The elevators were horrible. Slow and rickety and someone actually got stuck on one. Also the water pressure in the shower was nonexistent.

Even though it was Valentine's Day weekend the rooms were way too warm and the air conditioners did not go low enough. You constantly heard people walking above you and the ceiling creaking.

Overall it’s a nice spot to rest and the grand tower is the older suites verse the other tower have a more modern update and design. Even though the rules say no smoking there were definitely units that are smoking and you can smell it through the building and halls.
The hot water varies, if you listen for a unit above you to see if they are using the shower facilities as well you both won’t have hot water.

It was a one of a kind experience. Weather was nice. Room was perfect. We had a great view of the activities on Fremont from our room. We were able to walk comfortably and felt safe on Fremont. We will make this our get away spot more often now for short staycations.

It has been the cleanest and best hotel we have stayed at a so far. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facilities are clean and well decorated. Located a block from Fremont which made it nice. Breakfasts were good.

I booked a suite and had a nice stay. However, I felt that the room needed a refresh. Basically, my suite was just two rooms connected together and that was very apparent. It didn't feel like any real thought was put into the layout other than "let's knock down this wall, block this door and call it a suite." The paint was chipping, the shower tiles were cracked, the shower shelf (where one would normally put shampoo and soap, was broken off. The room amenities (soaps, shampoos, etc) seemed sub-par when compared to a suite at the Aria or Cosmo (I acknowledge the room rates are quite different too). There was a small hole in one of the garishly red walls and God help you if you need to find a light switch. The bed was super comfy and the room was quiet, even with all the noise from Fremont Street.
