For the most part this is a good hotel. The location can’t be beat. The staff is friendly and efficient and the food in the diner is very good. The only thing is that I’m not a big fan of showers where there isn’t a full door enclosure so it’s a bit drafty when showering. But the bed and pillows were very comfortable and I would stay here again.

Overall, a good place to stay that is convenient to Fremont experience and many dining areas. The room was not well insulated and heard upstairs neighbors each of the 8 nights. The bathroom needed some repair completion and appeared to have a water leak upstairs. The pool was closed and would be helpful if it was mentioned on the site. I asked in advance of staying.

Stayed in the grand tower and the room was really cold or really hot , got told we had to move the second night cause something was wrong with the water in are room so we packed everything up just to be told oh they made a mistake and now we don’t have to move so got the pleasure of unpacking agin and missed are dinner reservations we will not be staying there agin.

We didn’t receive the room credit for food and beverage as advertised, we didn’t receive any benefit as a VIP member as advertised. Also, they did not clean our room all but twice during our six nights stay.
