This is a perfect hotel! Location is fabulous! Hotel is clean! Staff was awesome. Coffee shop in hotel had an amazing lavender latte! My new favorite hotel to stay in while I’m in Vegas!

Room was not cleaned properly- asked for towels they didnt show up. Side table had cup/bottle ring on the glass.
Booger on the wall. Double room in new tower very small!

Nice hotel. We were in a room that was about 10 feet from a wall. The wall was pained nicely but lighting was bad. Zero natural light. Elevator in parking garage was broken. Parking pass would not let me out the day we checked out. Had to go to front desk and get another one whice also did not work. The attendent did not come out of her office until I started moving the baricades. She should have helped me the 10 minutes I was sitting there struggling. Otherwise, decent for the price

I have stayed there a number of times and it has always been a great place to stay. I will say that the property is beginning to show its age since becoming the Downtown Grand

I had a 6 day stay and didn’t have the suite cleaned not once, I only saw a maid 1 time when she asked if I wanted a couple of bottles of water. I always leave a very nice tip on the pillow for them each day but since nobody cleaned , nobody received a tip. The suite was nice but the jacuzzi didn’t work very well either.
