For the price and resort fee… not a resort there should be no resort fee. Paid for a pet and Put in a room so far away from taking pet out it actually was terrible. They need to plan better

My first impression was that we passed the nice hotels and landed at this one. My impression never changed. The card services staff was borderline rude, not acknowledging customers and not doing anything else meanwhile. Just having you stand there (two different times) for no apparent reason until they decided to deal with you. The power went out one night for about two hours (no elevators and no lights). The bathroom on the main level appeared clean but the stench was unbearable. Half the sinks in there didn't work (see photo). The bathroom showers in the guest rooms have those stationary half doors, so water sprays all over the floor where there's no door or curtain. We stayed three nights, and the rooms were not serviced once. One elevator in the grand tower seemed to work only half the time. Having said that, the location is awesome. I love the Fremont strip and this hotel puts you at the center of it. Overall I wouldn't stay there again tho.

The hot water went out two days before we left and nothing was done, on our last day the lights went out and we were stuck outside and could not get into our 23 floor room. The front desk person tried to negotiate what my version of what was “hot” water to brush off the issue but spoke with other patrons who were just moved around without fixing the issue or being accommodated.

Best place to stay if you’re going to downtown Vegas!!! 2 minute walk to Fremont Street and $3 hotdog/pbr special. The art bar cafe is great as well.

Great stay! Clean, friendly service, easy walk to Fremont Street and felt very safe there. You can hear street noise at night, but I’m pretty sure you can hear street noise at night in every hotel room on Fremont Street! The white noise machine in the room was a nice touch!

The first room was not vacuumed and there were pubic hairs on the toilet and shower. Moved (downgraded) to a new room. No hairs, fortunately but still gross carpet that had not been vacuumed. Front desk staff was less than helpful.
Note that the casino and staff there were great!
