Good comfortable stay.

We were in Las Vegas on family business. But after we arrived my mom got news that my aunt was about to pass with cancer. So we asked for a refund as we had to return to Colorado for the remaining night booked . We went through the proper Chanel’s and did receive a refund. My parents and I want to thank Downtown Grand Las Vegas for their understanding in this matter. My aunt passed away today 3/17/25 so my mom. Got to say her good byes

Noisy room at night with street music, weren’t advised by reception, but by a sticker on the bathroom mirror offering ear plugs from reception. Lifts weee terrible to use and we got stuck with other travellers in one. Waitress at the restaurant on site was rude and agressive

The front desk hospitality service

This place was awful. I stayed for 5 nights and got moved 3 times, when I told front desk about the issues with the room they wouldn’t even do anything other then give me back a resort fee. Sinks didn’t work, water wouldn’t get hot, ac was broken..definitely not the birthday experience I planned.

Parking elevator didn't work for three days. Homeless people hanging around the corner of the hotel.

We stayed in the new Gallery Tower and it was very nice. I just wish the showers were designed better.

Very dirty hotel.. restaurant was under staffed so service if any is very slow. Had one casino dealer take wining chips away and asked when I asked why she would not explain herself. Other casino staff were very rude. The rooms are very close to Fremont Street so don't expect any sleep prior to 2am because of all the loud music there..I will never stay there again..I been there before but I don't recall it being that bad.

We have stayed here multiple times for work purposes! Love the location and the convenience.

Staff was courtesy and rooms were clean and efficient as well as steps from the Fremont Experience!

No gift shop in hotel. Easy access to Fremont Street

The property was very nice. Clean with wonderful staff. Only complaint is the water pressure, and the bathroom sink would fill with water quicker than you can brush your teeth and take an hour to drain.

Lots of noise from Fremont Street that i didnt think about when booking and the shower set up is weird. You get wet just turning it on. Otherwise our stay was great.staff was excellent.

only complaint is elevators in parking structure were not working but it does not detour me

We came to Vegas with another couple for a 4 day getaway. The Downtown Grand Hotel is in a great location in Downtown Las Vegas. Away from the hustle and bustle of the strip, but still close enough to head there for a meal or a show. The Good: Every staff member we encountered did a great job helping us with any little thing that came up. Upon check-in, the front desk staff member moved one of the 2 rooms we had so we could be on the same floor, 2 doors down from each other. I misplaced my parking ticket for the parking garage (I later found it between the dresser and the wall), and the front desk attendant helped me to get it straightened out. The bartenders were friendly and prompt with their service. The bell desk employees were super helpful. Between the 4 of us we had a lot of stuff to load and they took care of us with good humor and professionalism. Kudos to the staff! A couple small things we wish were different. First, I'd like to see an extra trash can for recyclables. We drank a bunch of bottled water, and we hated to see the bottles just go into the trash. Second, it seemed that the security features on the elevators (using your room key to get the elevator to work) only worked sporadically. On one elevator we never had to use our keycard, while on the others we occasionally needed them. It'd be great to know if they're going to work or not. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We're coming back to Vegas in 6 weeks and we're booking our rooms now.

It was a long walk from the entrance of check in to our room. Evening music was very loud. Restaurants inside the casino were limited.
