Location was AMAZING! Hotel clean and updated! We stayed in the 2 queen gallery tower. Very quiet and Fremont Street was only a 3 minute walk.
The only complaint I would have is the Water pressure in the bathroom was not good and this room lacks a mini fridge.

It was very loud in the room every night, so we were forced to sleep with earplugs. Getting a restful night’s sleep was nearly impossible. We were also very disappointed that we couldn’t use the swimming pool as a family. Instead, a DJ was playing loud music by the pool, and many guests were sitting around drinking alcohol, creating a rowdy and, at times, unpleasant atmosphere. Overall, the area did not feel family-friendly at all.

Wonderful customer service! The air conditioning didn't work in the first room we were in & they moved us to another room. Food & service good at the coffee shop & the restaurant.
Everything was very clean.

Not bad for downtown Vegas. I lived in areas with homeless and drug addicts on the street so I’m fine with it others are not. I don’t care but that’s why it’s a 3 for the area around the property.

The Front desk reps were amazing. We stayed 5 days and the Housekeepers not once cleaned our room or picked up the towels. We requested clean towels from them and they asked us to go to the front desk and place a request for towels and toilet paper. Not sure if this is how it’s done here. But our interactions with other staff was amazing.

Had a great stay only a bit noisy one night with outside noise. We stayed in a corner studio in the Gallery tower very comfortable room very clean and tidy I can really recommend this type of room. Pool area was buzzing on Saturday great vibe. Used self service check in, very easy but of course it doesn't give you any information like a person. Rewards desk not particularly helpful about the benefits of their card perhaps they need rotating to freshen it up! The $3 Hot dog & Beer is a great for soaking up the other beverages. Check out was friendly if you're looking for a great hotel downtown I would recommend the Grand.

The room was good and clean but the only thing is the ac was super loud and it wouldn’t allow you to set it up as automatic. We had to always get up to turn on the ac. Also the room was at 82 degrees 😔

There is no fridge or microwave for items. Ice buckets are small. Work was being done early AM hours at the hotel.
