Everything was convenient, free parking passes for in and out access for residents only. Exit out of your hotel and your walking on Fremont street where the action never stops. Hotel service was excellent. They even have ear plugs if you want some quietness. The noise was not unbearable. The hallways quiet. You have keep your room key on you at all times in order to get to your room from the elevator. I love it that's what you call safety and it keeps the hotel clean and clear from the riff raff. 5*****'s hands down.

It was ok. Nightly resort fee of $39 dollars and $50 nightly incidental room fee (refundable they said) hope that’s true. No refrigerator or coffee maker. Otherwise was convenient and clean and comfortable. Liked the free parking.

The hotel was really nice and I would return, but my but my issues are with the elevator being broken in the parking structure and it was a very far walk to our room on the green side. It was quite inconvenient carrying our belongings from the roof of the parking structure using the stairs

Room was in poor condition, broken shelf, light missing, bathroom drain clogged/extremely slow. Very noisy, although on the 17th floor,I could hear everything going on in the street and clubs. Also, some kind of machinery running/growling every couple of minutes for about 15-20 seconds.

We got a great deal through Expedia but other members of our party who didn't use Expedia had to spend quite a bit. The room was nice. You have to request housekeeping if you want it, it is not automatically provided. I really liked that they provided access to an app on the phone where I could submit a request. The elevators for our tower broke down a couple times.

I liked the cost and proximity to the Freemont street area. I did not like the heavy permeating smoke smell that was everywhere except inside the room itself.

Just returned from a 5 night stay at the Grand. Great location and staff was friendly and accommodating! (Shout out to Joey!) Stayed in a 2-room suite in the Gallery Tower which was away from the noise of Fremont Street. HIGHLY recommend. Rooms were huge, and came with a small, fridge and microwave. Our group enjoyed the $3 beer and hotdog or chicken taco deal in the casino, and the Art Bar was perfect for specialty coffee and light breakfast. Pool deck gets crowded, and unless you plan to rent a cabana, you’ll need to get there early to grab a lounge chair as they are not plentiful. Pool was nice, however, getting in and out is tricky as there are no stairs getting up to the edge of the pool. Instead, you need to sit on the wet edge and swing yourself around to get in. One night, they drained the pool, and the water was ice cold the next day so you couldn’t even attempt to get in until around 2pm. Condition of the hotel could use improvement. On our floor, the floors were extremely wonky, and they posed a safety hazard, especially if you arrived back to your room in an intoxicated state. While waiting for food one night at the Freedom Beat, I heard a loud gushing sound only to turn around and see what looked like a waterfall coming out of the ceiling onto a table and the floor. Apparently, it was from a pipe off of the pool. Property is in the process of being sold, so it would seem they don’t want to spend the money to make improvements. Overall, we would stay again.

We went to a music festival at the DTLEC. It was a short 2 block walk through a small portion of Fremont street. It was nice being off the main area and the restaurants on this side were good. It’s not a huge casino, but just the right size, not insanely loud, good drinks, & the air felt much cleaner than other downtown hotels. We would definitely stay here again, really enjoyed our stay.

Overall it was just great. It was close enough to Fremont Street for walking, but also nice and quiet away from the crowd, which was awesome. And AC/DC concert was wicked

We enjoyed that it was close to Fremont Street and the Downtown Las Vegas Event Center, but this time staying at the Grand it was sub par. The TV wasn’t working and we asked the front desk about it and no one ever came to fix anything, the light mirror in the bathroom didn’t work, and the overall stay was just okay. Last year we stayed in the Gallery Tower and that was great as it was newly renovated and felt clean. The Grand Tower I wouldn’t recommend or stay in again knowing what I do now. It was also quite loud and I don’t remember it being that loud in the Gallery Tower last year and we were faced towards Fremont St then too.

Property itself was great, so were the workers. HOWEVER, huge disappointment with all the noise at night. I had read reviews that it was quiet, NO WAY! Every night very loud, can hear music and loud cars all night until about 3 am.

The hotel was nice and the staff was awesome. My only negative is that I could hear the elevator all night long going up and down and my room was 6 rooms away from it. So I didn't get much sleep. So make sure to request a room as far from the elevator as possible.
