We stay here often and always love it. I would not recommend staying on the 18th floor of the Casino tower because you can hear the elevator motor (because it is the top floor and it is located on the roof). They offer sleep sound machines in the room and if its not there you can ask to have one... I also recommend that from all rooms. Downtown is not quiet.

I recently stayed at the Downtown Grand Las Vegas and had an incredible experience! The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of downtown, just a short walk from the vibrant Fremont Street Experience, providing easy access to entertainment and dining options.
The check-in process was quick and friendly, with helpful staff who even had my room ready early. My room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, boasting a comfortable king-size bed and upscale toiletries. The rooftop pool offered stunning views of the Las Vegas skyline, making it a perfect spot to unwind.
Dining options were also impressive. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the Grand Cafe and dined at Freedom Beat for dinner, where the comfort food was outstanding and the atmosphere lively. The hotel’s casino added to the excitement without having to leave the premises.
The staff at the Downtown Grand were exceptional, always friendly and eager to assist, offering great recommendations for local attractions.
Overall, my stay at the Downtown Grand was outstanding, combining a prime location, wonderful amenities, and exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Las Vegas and look forward to returning soon!

Nice property close to Fremont St. free self parking. Food options are ok. Some of the elevators need to be cleaned up and repaired. Elevators tell a lot about the hotel. The safety bars were missing and not a safe ride for some people to not have something to hold onto while riding.

Cute room, clean and great view. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, esp at the pool. Cons: A fridge and coffee maker would of been nice, a little disappointing and our room phone would
not call down to the front desk. Also, 2nd night, i kept smelling cigarette smoke…. Not sure where it was coming from as our windows do not open. Nice casino and loved the coffee shop!!

I enjoyed the downtown Grand. I loved the pool, the cleanliness, modern but small in size. It’s only a block from the Fremont experience. The Casino was welcoming & had table minimums that were affordable.

I like staying at the Grand but the room I had for this particular stay was not good for two reasons:
1. The bedroom area had one lamp light for the entire room. It was exceptionally dark and hard to see anything.
2. The thermostat was hidden behind the one and only lamp in the room such that staff couldn't help me find the thermostat. The service employee had to come find it for me.

Really Enjoyed the Stay. Everyone was so nice and friendly very welcoming. I loved that it was just steps away from the museum and other attractions. To say it’s downtown, the noise from Fremont Street was not a factor at all. Very comfortable stay. Will definitely book this Hotel again.

So I checked out on Monday and it’s Thursday already and I don’t have my deposit back yet. They took $100 for deposit and the front desk agent said it’ll be released the day I check out and still nothing
