We stayed at Downtown Grand for 3 nights, the room was large and exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable and there were enough pillows.
Downtown Grand was in easy access to Freemont Street and a short bus ride to Las Vegas Boulevard.

Hotel was the perfect location. Walkable to so many restaurants and activities. Perfect location if you are wanting to frequent Fremont, it’s far enough away to not be obnoxious noise but close enough to walk right to it. The casino was nice, several new games. The $1 blackjack isn’t all tables it’s just one table and there is usually a line. The coffee shop next to the lobby is INCREDIBLE. We had great lattes, iced coffee, etc every time we went.

Nice property just a block off Freemont Street. The location makes it a great option without the noise. Smaller, less busy casino is very enjoyable.

Our first room we paid a little more for was a studio and supposed to be bigger.. very worn down room broken light fixtures door knob on bathroom doesn't lock. Broken suitcase stand hair on the towel in bathroom. Callled FD moved to 2nd room no veiw smaller but at least updated in the restroom. still broken vanity light in room. Overall for the room i was very displeased. And front desk / phone staff very unhappy and rude. The rest of the casino was not so bad.

Bed was very comfortable and you can tell it is an older hotel. The elevator makes noises that you can’t get away from so getting a good night of sleep will be hard.

Our stay was okay. Asked to stay on upper floor but ended up close to the elevators and could hear them every time they moved. TV did not work, not a huge deal, they offered maintenance to come but we declined. Carpet needs replaced, pretty dirty/stained. Front desk friendly, nice coffee shop and restaurant on main floor.

A lot of noise coming from Fremont until about 1am. If you’re a night owl, no problem. Close to plenty of downtown action. In house wagering is reasonable for small bettors.

Very nice in the gallery tower not so much in the grand tower had 12 rooms booked for my wedding and most were very good some had dirty sheets and bathroom was not clean but I think I would stay here again there pool area is a must very very easy parking oh the coffee shop is better and cheaper than star bucks wife said breakfast Sammie’s were the bomb

I was lied that no rooms were available for the complimentary upgrade. I checked it online right after check in an a lot of rooms were available to book, so basically my complimentary upgrade was denied with lies. Also, the Gallery Tower is extremely noisy. I got a room on the 6th floor and the people from the room above us were making crazy noises from 1 to 6 am, nonstop. Felt like they were moving the furniture upstairs and walking and jumping on high heels all night long. Terrible experience, never staying at this property again.
