We stayed at Downtown Grand for 3 nights, the room was large and exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable and there were enough pillows.
Downtown Grand was in easy access to Freemont Street and a short bus ride to Las Vegas Boulevard.

Hotel was the perfect location. Walkable to so many restaurants and activities. Perfect location if you are wanting to frequent Fremont, it’s far enough away to not be obnoxious noise but close enough to walk right to it. The casino was nice, several new games. The $1 blackjack isn’t all tables it’s just one table and there is usually a line. The coffee shop next to the lobby is INCREDIBLE. We had great lattes, iced coffee, etc every time we went.

Nice property just a block off Freemont Street. The location makes it a great option without the noise. Smaller, less busy casino is very enjoyable.

Very nice in the gallery tower not so much in the grand tower had 12 rooms booked for my wedding and most were very good some had dirty sheets and bathroom was not clean but I think I would stay here again there pool area is a must very very easy parking oh the coffee shop is better and cheaper than star bucks wife said breakfast Sammie’s were the bomb

I was lied that no rooms were available for the complimentary upgrade. I checked it online right after check in an a lot of rooms were available to book, so basically my complimentary upgrade was denied with lies. Also, the Gallery Tower is extremely noisy. I got a room on the 6th floor and the people from the room above us were making crazy noises from 1 to 6 am, nonstop. Felt like they were moving the furniture upstairs and walking and jumping on high heels all night long. Terrible experience, never staying at this property again.

This is my 3rd time staying here and find it very convenient and walkable. The staff are courteous and overall I am satisfied with my stay. The bathroom tile could use a deep clean but I will likely come back again because it's affordable and close to where my clients are located. Wish the restaurant would stay open later.

Iam still waiting for them to credit me as they never did I called and complained 1. Elevator didn’t work for parking structure no sign and attendants said it’s been out forever I have a bad back with luggage would have been nice to know prior. 2. It was suppose to come with frigerator it didn’t they never brought it the lady was rude on phone and said no u have to pay for it I stated the front said it came with a frig….3. The restaurant didn’t have soup we ordered stated it after our other food was sitting and waiting I had to ask if that was our Togo bag then they stated no soup they gave us another one that was terrible so I ordered wings they were kind to not charge since it was taking forever finally get to room and wings weren’t cooked all the way amd my salad had no dressing we never went to complain again I waited til I got home 4. Then no ice in machine on our floor so if u could please help me get a credit or something since they never called me back and I’ve stayed there many times and never was it like this please help

The Downtown Grand is perfectly located in the heart of the old Downtown Las Vegas. If you like to avoid the hustle of the strip, this is the right hotel for you. It is close to the Fremont Street Experience and the Mob Museum. And. $3 hot dog with a beer!
