Our stay was really nice. My only complaint is that the remote control batteries were low. I called to have them changed, but it never happened. It sounds small, but it was very frustrating. We couldn't turn the TV off or on at times, and the volume was stuck.

Great 3 day trip for Punk Rock Bowling. I stayed here cause usually when in to town for event stay at golden nugget. Wanted to be near the pool shows. Little loud if stay in casino tower facing Hogs and Heifers after 2am on saturday and sunday when the Motorcycles leave thru the two towers.

I booked a suite and while the view was amazing, and the room was spacious, the amenities had minor issues that could have easily been resolved before my stay.
The glass shower door could not be closed without grinding against the floor due to a broken hinge, the jacuzzi tub worked sporadically, as did the floor lamp in the living room. When I raised these issues with the front desk, I was moved to a different room in a different tower but it somehow had an even worse issue with the shower door where I could not even open it. I ended up moving back into my original room.
The front desk staff (Alicia and Hope) were fantastic, and tried to accommodate me as best as they could, but it seems like the hotel management is not investing time or money into making sure simple things like shower doors and lamps are fully functional.
None of these issues were catastrophic, but when I pay premium for a top of the line suite I expect that it feels premium and this felt a little run down.

Stay was great! Not a lot of free drinks, elevator didn’t work 70% of the time, and definitely a first to pay $100 for two people to eat breakfast (avocado toast, shrimp and grits, and two Bloody Mary’s)

We stayed in what felt like a newer room, which was great. The property is nice and staff were helpful. I wish there was a convenience/general store onsite as you would see at other hotels as the walk to a nearby walgreens was rough.
I’d recommend if you’re looking for something off the strip or near Fremont.
