Easy check in with parking in front of the hotel while you got your keys and took your luggage to your room. Close parking garage and validated. Affordable, clean and close to all the Fremont activities. Good food and even $3 beer and hot dog!

We often stay at the downtown grand and its normally a pretty good stay. This time i opted for a suite thinking it would be a better experience, but i was wrong. The first room they put us in was dirty and the elevator was making a sound like a lawn mower starting all night. We switched rooms and it was a bit cleaner, but the elevator sound still went all night. I will return to the grand, but will only stay in the gallery tower!

Not a family hotel whatsoever. The security staff was very rude to myself and my child. Lots of criminal activity going on right in front of security desk however my child picking up a door dash order was an issue. I was offered illegal items twice while visiting and no one blinked when I told them!

Property and service is way far from 4 stars, as they classify themselves. Location is great, pool is great, service is lacking in all its forms and shapes. I was not given the room that I reserved, the credit that o had due to VIP wasn’t mentioned at check-in. Restaurant and cafe close super early. Personnel energy is low.

Nothing in the room worked, soap and shampoo bottles left on floor due to the soap shelf being broken off wall. room clock flashing wrong time, room was not cleaned once during entire trip. Never staying or recommending this place again.

Everything about the hotel worked well. Not being a very large casino and hotel, you don't have to deal with walking through the maze to get to places. The valet is located steps from getting off the elevator. The casino and hotel are clean, they had the best gaming minimums anywhere, and they offered customer service the entire time. I would easily stay there agaim.
