The stay was great. Room was nice. Hotel staff were very friendly. The drink service from the casino staff was almost nonexistent and the girl that did serve us was very rude.

My stay was great. I wish that I would have been offered ear plugs upon check in. I'm a light sleeper and kept getting woken up by the loud vehicles. I saw the sticky note in the morning with the notes about the ear plugs.
Other than that it was a nice stay. I enjoyed the rooftop pool, breakfast at Freedom and had fun gambling. I would consider coming back.

I usually always, like 90% of my Vagas stays have been at the Grand. But after this weekend, had me thinking... my room wasn't very clean, upon check-in 😕. And the valet guy, scracted up my rim on my truck and tried to say that it was like that already. I did file a claim, we'll see what happens next... So, disappointed 😞

My stay at Grand Hotel & Casino in Downtown Las Vegas was enjoyable. It is located close to the entertainment center.
I was disappointed that there is no refrigerator in the room. Otherwise, bed is comfortable and room is spacious.

Stayed in a suite with the in room jacuzzi. The tv in the bedroom had a shattered screen and the jacuzzi tub didn’t work. Was bummed out about that. There was old fried rice on the carpet by the couch and no shower sized towels. The location is nice and the restaurants were very good

They no longer offer housekeeping and whoever did clean did a poor job. Chop sticks on the bedside table, a used coffee cup, finger prints on mirror in bath, not the feeling you want when you check in especially for a weeks stay. Front desk also did not upgrade me although for a 2 room class upgrade because they said they couldn’t see what I had paid for because I booked through Expedia and told me never to do that again. Staff was just off….busy talking to each other and dropping “F” bombs during jokes. 3 days I walked across the street to another casino to gamble and have cheerful staff. Disappointed.
