The inside of the hotel is clean and enjoyable. The pool was warm.
In the area where the hotel is located, there are a lot of homeless people.

The menu on the screen wasn't updated. We sat for a bit before being told that wasn't avaliable. The only amenity that I noticed was a swimming pool, that we didn't use. But the resort fee was $40/ night for 2 bottles of water per day, which we only got 3 bottles total. We had to ask for more towels. 3 people staying and only 2 towels. They did bring them up to the room quickly. While gambling the cocktail waitress walked right by and didn't even ask if we needed anything. After about 30 minutes one finally stopped.

I enjoyed my stay at Downtown Grand. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very pleasant my only complaint was the design of the shower. Half a piece of glass was your water barrier and water got all over the floor. I used more towels in my 3day stay on the floor than i did to dry my body but other than that it was a nice place to stay

Affordable mid-range downtown hotel. Great value for the price. Only complaint is they the in-hotel restaurant (Freedom Bests) isn't even open during midweek when I stayed. Otherwise, a superb value.

We like the small casino at the Grand, so we thought we'd give the hotel portion a try as we'd heard good things. While it's not the Venetian or the Wynn, it was a very nice stay for the money. We would definitely stay again.

Always love staying here but this was the first time in July. The music at the pool never stops and makes it impossible to sleep even with ear plugs in. Aside from that, the place and staff is always great
