The pool is small and the water was very murky, HOWEVER the rest of the property was fabulous. Close to everything. We walked everywhere. Parking was a breeze and included with our room. Our room was spacious, the cool/heat was easy to regulate. It was clean and the bed was comfy. Elevators are clean and the property in itself was clean and comfortable. We will be back.

No Ice, no microwave, no fridge and my room wasn't ready. Booked for 3 nights and for some reason on my second day a person knocked on the door at 8 am waking me up and yelling at me that I had to leave
So I walked to the front desk till they found the problem and fixed 😡

We were blindsided by a “resort fee” when we got there to check in. Some resort, no fridge in the hotel room, not a coffee maker or a microwave. And the roof top pool?… nah that resort fee doesn’t get you anything up there either except maybe a lawn chair. If you want to sit in the shade you are forced to reserve a cabana which sets you back a few more hundred dollars. HOW do you get away with charging a resort fee.. when you ARE NOT a resort. To top it all off… housekeeping walked in while we were asleep in bed just randomly one night. Will never stay at this place again.

Other than the getting stuck on the what seems to be 1 operating elevator out of the 4 and room service couldn’t provide us with a microwave as they said they would, our stay was great, we had the perfect view for the 4th of July fireworks show from our bed. The room was exceptionally spacious, the hotel is located 2 blocks away from the Fremont Experience

The noise coming from Fremont Street was absolutely ridiculous. I realize that it’s close but I had no idea that it would be so loud even at the hotel. The music didn’t stop until 2 AM. It’s fine to have an area that’s noisier like this, but they should warn people before they book there that they’re not going to be able to sleep. It’s so bad that they stock a sound machine in every room to try and cover the noise.

This is my 5th time staying this time was a totaled disappointment.1st i didn't get the rooms i wanted. 2nd after wait 2 hours i only got one of my rooms. They think that given me my hotel fees is making up for it. The 3rd well i had 26 in food credit they only let use 13 of it. Then the last thing the cheese curds i order the cheese was melted all on the bottom. These was not cheese curds. I will be looking for new hotel after this stay.

Housekeeping is on a requested only basis not automatic.
This was not made clear on check-in. Checked in on Friday, Housekeeping provided automatically on Sat. nothing on Sun., but I figured it's Sun, so maybe that's why.
When I asked about it, was told it must be requested. Requested on Mon. evening, Tues. afternoon and again Tuesday night when I asked to at least send up clean towels they were provided.
No housekeeping on Wed., went to front desk and told them again I wanted service that day, it was provided.
Checked out on Thur.
Also on check-in day the drawers of the dresser/TV stand were open. Closed them, they rolled back open again. Told the front desk. Maintenance came up, (nice older man), looked over the drawers and said (which I agreed with) that the dresser need to be leveled properly.
He left and the drawers were still open when I checked out.

I payed for a king size bed room and upon arrival it was not ready. They apologized to me and said room would be another 2-3 hours and it was extremely hot out here to wait in my vehicle or walk around while i wait. The service was okay, but there wasn’t any towels or room service. The only bright side to this trip is I spent time with my wife! Thank you Vegas
