The rooms in the new tower are large clean and modern. Check-in was quick and simple at the kiosk. It’s a three minute walk to Fremont street but far enough away so that the room wasn’t super noisy at night. Lots of places to eat right at the property and close by. I would definitely stay there again.

Check in with smooth and the staff were great. The rooms felt better than I was expecting for Fremont there was access to a pool party for free and they also gave us a small drink credit which was a nice touch. Checkout was also smooth and the parking was pretty straightforward. The only thing I thought was weird was there was soft in hollow spots on the floor in our room, which felt funny, but that did not really affect our stay. Also having late checkout was very nice of them the location was great close to everything walking distance to all the fun things on the strap. I would definitely stay here again.

It was lovely, my only complain was the pool had reserved sections with a minimum 200 usd spend

Some of the lights werent working in our rooms, it said there was no smoking in the casino but it reeked, we found a rag with blood on it, toilet didnt flush properly, and only 1 of the elevators was working at one point which was hell. Its about 30-40min from all the cool stuff, but it was decent.

Whole early morning slots, I asked the man sweeping where the nearest restroom was. He told me "NO Bathroom"
The lady bartender was very nice
The lady at the security desk early, also very nice
Bell guys were very nice
When I checked in Evan informed me that I had to make a 150 security deposit. This was not in my booking Information. And I booked a year in advance. Saved a year..had just enough money in my account to pay your resort fees and a loan payment due the next day, and I told him this. He danced around then with a smile and giggle said he had to have that money!!
That loan was for this vacation. I brought 800 for 3 days.
Y'all need to put that little tid bit in with fees so there are no surprises.
My loan was overdraft at my bank. I felt like I was cheated a little.
The room has bed bugs.
There was no free coffee for guests unless we are gambling. That's offensive.
No I really didn't enjoy my stay nor will I stay again

Room is very small, no table and chairs, no desk. No place to work. No 24 hour restaurant. Not worth the money. Parking is across the street and the elevator is broken. Never again

No Ice, no microwave, no fridge and my room wasn't ready. Booked for 3 nights and for some reason on my second day a person knocked on the door at 8 am waking me up and yelling at me that I had to leave
So I walked to the front desk till they found the problem and fixed 😡

The pool is small and the water was very murky, HOWEVER the rest of the property was fabulous. Close to everything. We walked everywhere. Parking was a breeze and included with our room. Our room was spacious, the cool/heat was easy to regulate. It was clean and the bed was comfy. Elevators are clean and the property in itself was clean and comfortable. We will be back.

We were blindsided by a “resort fee” when we got there to check in. Some resort, no fridge in the hotel room, not a coffee maker or a microwave. And the roof top pool?… nah that resort fee doesn’t get you anything up there either except maybe a lawn chair. If you want to sit in the shade you are forced to reserve a cabana which sets you back a few more hundred dollars. HOW do you get away with charging a resort fee.. when you ARE NOT a resort. To top it all off… housekeeping walked in while we were asleep in bed just randomly one night. Will never stay at this place again.

Other than the getting stuck on the what seems to be 1 operating elevator out of the 4 and room service couldn’t provide us with a microwave as they said they would, our stay was great, we had the perfect view for the 4th of July fireworks show from our bed. The room was exceptionally spacious, the hotel is located 2 blocks away from the Fremont Experience
