The front desk service attitude is very good, and the price is very favorable. Although the travel fee is not reasonable, the price is reasonable in general. However, the cleanliness is not good. The towels are not usable at all. They are black. It is recommended to rinse the towels with bleach. This is why I gave 4 stars. Except for the unqualified cleaning, it is generally good.

The room is very clean. Maybe we arrived on the weekday, so we didn't wait long time to check in.

The hotel is very good, the room is very new, the smell is fresh, the staff is also very good, it is very convenient to eat and live, see you next time

The heavy shower handle fell off, narrowly missing my wifes' foot. Most touch surfaces such as windows, door handles, and elevator surfaces had finger prints or worse. Security was almost invisible. Parking tickets for garage wouldnt work.

I would give this property 3.5 out of 5 overall if it was an option. We received an upgraded room which was spacious and quiet with one exception one night where there were screaming guests in the hallway. I did call the front desk to report this and they called security. But they quieted down from my yelling as it was 1-2am. Upon check-in when we went to bed and pulled up the blankets which were tucked nicely into the bed, there was a large stain on the mattress protector on the corner of the bed which looked to be from a drink. I reported this the next morning to the cleaner who was doing our rooms and asked her to change the mattress protector. She did and apologized profusely and explained she showed her manager. We did a Cabana day because there was no other sun chairs with shade available. It was nice that all you had to do was spend $150 on food and beverages and the Cabana was free. And it's very easy to do that with the prices. The pool staff were excellent and extremely attentive and very friendly. The hotel casino was at time incredibly smokey even for Vegas standards. There was one day there was no air freshener on and it seemed like no filtration at all. I'm pretty sure they just try to mask the smell with the air freshener instead of actually filtering it like some other hotels do. All in all it was a good stay But I don't know I'm in the fence if I would stay again. However the proximity to Fremont is great and it is directly across from Pizza Rock.

Staff is very kind and help full . We love the Grand!!!!! Would highly recommend.

We didn't like that the room had no microwave in it.

Exactly as described however the pictures are not quite how the rooms look, the rooms are a little less luxurious. Great place to stay though, it’s located in a great area and it a walkable area.
