The front desk service attitude is very good, and the price is very favorable. Although the travel fee is not reasonable, the price is reasonable in general. However, the cleanliness is not good. The towels are not usable at all. They are black. It is recommended to rinse the towels with bleach. This is why I gave 4 stars. Except for the unqualified cleaning, it is generally good.

Room was noisy. Carpet was dirty. Shower head was broken and water alternated between cold and scalding. Parking was limited. We had to switch garages which wrre also inconveniently far from hotel entrance.

Our room was dirty. The toilet and one sink didn’t work properly. The pool was murky and the chairs/lounges were stained. No one told us that housekeeping was every 3 days and no one answered the phone at front desk or housekeeping. We left and went to another property and the hotel wouldn’t refund our money. We stayed at the Downtown Grand several years ago and it has gone downhill significantly since then.

Restaurants were closed during our stay. Incentives to stay, like food or drink credit, useless because we had to leave the hotel to eat. Pool was closed for one of the 3 days there.

Not the best and not the worst just average. Good deals on cheap drinks and cheap foods. Room was a little dingy. The guy in the slot club was really nice, the most personable person there. This hotel was a one and done.

Cocktail waitresses don’t come around often enough , but staff is polite -
