The first lady at our check in seemed bothered by our questions and acted as if we were interrupting her day, the first room we were given literally fell apart started with the bathroom then the phone then the locks and finally the door handle and dead bolt completely fell off, they charged us 20$ for a microwave that took an hour to arrive and did not work front desk did not answer after that we heated our food for ten minutes and it was still mostly cold. The only good thing was the night person at the front desk she was a breath of fresh air and genuinely tried to help us in any way she could even gave us an "upgrade" and a credit for all our troubles. However as sunny and sweet and caring as she was there is only so much one can do to fix this horrid experience. Her name was HOPE and she tried her best to give us just that. This hotel needs to do better I was u satisfied from all the mishaps even when requesting clean sheets because they were obviously dirty with hair on the pillows and yellow marks ...the new room was much cleaner and satisfactory but the experience was still bad the soda machines never work the restaurant was not open even once. After 4pm there is no place to get utensils or napkins unless you order from the bar and pay the food options shut down completely and the cashier's are rude at the casino window and are not afraid to show they are not happy to say the least and if you are new to casinos they do not appreciate your questions at all and faces

I did not like the resort fee at all! We did not use any of the amenities. Our room did not even have a mini fridge. The entrance to our room was you walked inside the door and then there were two doors, I thought the rooms were non-smoking which ours seemed to be, but the room next to us I could clearly smell pot coming out of. We kept that do not disturb sign on and didn't even have our room cleaned while we were there. But we still paid those darn fees I guess!

This was our 2nd time staying there and last time when we first came in. We had to ask house keeping to change our sheets due to curly short p hairs on it, when we pulled back the covers. They came in and we went down stairs. Our A/C was on 75 when we went in. We came back and they purposely set it on 64. They will not clean the room or provide towels unless you ask. The resort fee is bs. Before checking out, there was a ROACH crawling in the bathroom. We don’t have roaches at home. The place is disgustingly worse.

I’ve stayed in Vegas many times, and this was by far the worst experience. Parking was a nightmare—we drove around for 20 minutes just trying to find a spot. Once we finally got to the room, things only went downhill. The room was dirty, the shower was disgusting, and several fixtures were broken—including the door lock. Towels were only semi-clean, the walls were filthy, and the entire room smelled like mildew. We had to buy air fresheners just to make the space somewhat livable. This property is being run like a low-grade timeshare. The most shocking part? People were openly smoking weed and drinking throughout the property—including around the pools and walking areas—right next to kids. Security was on site at all times, yet no one ever said anything. For a family-friendly property, this was completely inappropriate. It felt unsafe and unsettling. Even in Vegas, you can’t smoke weed inside or near most casinos, so seeing it everywhere here was beyond odd. When I contacted the front desk about the broken items in the room, I was casually told they’d “eventually” get to it—no urgency, no care. If you’re traveling with your family or expecting even a basic level of cleanliness and professionalism, save yourself the disappointment and book elsewhere.
