员工服务好

The front desk service attitude is very good, and the price is very favorable. Although the travel fee is not reasonable, the price is reasonable in general. However, the cleanliness is not good. The towels are not usable at all. They are black. It is recommended to rinse the towels with bleach. This is why I gave 4 stars. Except for the unqualified cleaning, it is generally good.

The room is very clean. Maybe we arrived on the weekday, so we didn't wait long time to check in.

The hotel is very good, the room is very new, the smell is fresh, the staff is also very good, it is very convenient to eat and live, see you next time

check in was great, very friendly, got in early, upgraded to suite... However suite was on second floor and it was very noisy with traffic noise.... did not sleep well. Otherwise stay was very good.

This was our first time to stay in the historic downtown area and we loved it. Enough action to keep us entertained, yet not so overwhelming as it is on the Strip!

Great place to stay

The beds were uncomfortable, bathrooms didn’t have a fan. Again, the beds were hard even the pilllows were horrible. The staff was amazing though!

They had a great hotel room for the price and nice casino

I love the Grand. It's small which I prefer. It's in a perfect location. The only thing I don't like is they don't have enough chairs at the pool but there is a lot of room for them to add more. They want you to buy a cabana.

The location is nice close to Fremont ST. But the area has a bit of homeless people. The room was nice but the bed was a bit to soft for my liking. Overall it was good experience.

Quite a few issues checking in. Not impressed with food options

Not sure what to say or even if anybody reads this… what I paid for out room king studio gallery tower… not happy at all .. it was my birthday and thought I was getting in upgraded room the only extra thing I had was a refrigerator and that was cattywompus sitting on something almost fell off a couple times … not enough shampoo asked for extra towel never got… so no I wouldn’t rate this very high at all .. no gift shop or something to buy sundries all there was was vending machines.. I will pay the extra money next time so I don’t end up in a room like that … if you are reading this sorry but it’s how I feel … not happy
