Great location within walking distance of most major tourist cites, restaurants, bars, and shopping. Room was clean and quaint. Decorated well. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. There is construction taking place behind the hotel that was quite loud at 7:00 am on a Saturday.

Beautiful building inside and out! Upon arrival, they had a little gift for our pup. Free parking lot attached to the building, complimentary (delicious) drinks at the adjacent bar.
The HVAC in the room is extremely loud. The temperature was comfortable enough so we turned it off at night. Because of the wood floors you hear a bit of ppl above you walking around but it wasn't bothersome. We'd definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed the stay. Lori was super accommodating with our reservation as we were diverted from Savannah airport due to the closure of the airport (first snow in 7 years) She helped us throughout the process to ensure we could enjoy the stay for the days we managed to get down there. She went out of her way to work with us and when we finallly arrived there a day and a half later was still there working as the conditions couldnt allow here to get home. I thank her for her service and hospitality with us.

The staff here were very friendly and helpful. We were there during a rare snowstorm when a lot of places were closed. Charles at the front desk called around to find a restaurant that was open, for us.
