East Bay Inn, Historic Inns of Savannah Collection

Our room was beautiful & large. Bed was extremely comfortable. Everything appears to be new. Excellent location. Able to walk everywhere we wanted. Parked the car and never used it until we were leaving Savannah. Staff was very friendly and made good suggestions for dinner. Breakfast at Deb's was convenient and good.

It was my honeymoon and we had a great time. We enjoyed the attached restaurant and bar almost everyday!

Wonderful experience here. Property and staff exemplifies Southern hospitality! Great location, in the middle of everything ------right across River Street and a few minutes walk to Broughton St. and City Market!

We absolutely loved our stay at East Bay Inn. The historic hotel is stunning with exposed brick walls and chinoiserie curtains. The hotel offers free water bottles and sodas for the guests. Coffee is available most of the day and the leave delicious Savannah popcorn bags in your room. We traveled with our 2 dogs and they are very pet friendly! The dogs receive a goodie bag at check in with treats and a ball. There is a green area square directly across the street for easy walks. We were very close to wonderful restaurants and shops and even had breakfast at Two Cracked eggs with our pups inside with us! I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Quick note, the parking is in a garage about a half a block down the street but the hotel covers the cost.

The stay was great. The room was very comfortable and spacious. I loved the attention to details provide to guest. I enjoyed the treats and drinks provide. That staff was wonderful.

This is a nice old hotel within walking distance of downtown Savannah. The staff were very nice and our room was nice except for construction right outside our window starting at 6:00 am! Ridiculous! Because of that we in a way couldn't wait to leave even though we were on an anniversary trip. Most hotels give you something on your anniversary also but not here. - One of the bad things about staying here is the parking. There are only about 10 spots at the hotel then you have to park 2 blocks away in a "sketchy" parking ramp & walk with your luggage to the hotel! They charged us $75.00 per night fees for our "free" Cokes, popcorn and parking! The room was nice and we really liked Debi's restaurant downstairs at the hotel. If you can put up with the parking issue and the ridiculous fees & price you might like staying here.

Huge room was fantastic. Clean, comfortable, free waters and snacks provided daily. Great location for walking to restaurants and other areas. Enjoyed our time there.

I loved the easy access to the River Front area. The staff were fabulous! The rooms were so historic, felt like I went back in time. I did not like the view from both of the windows was if a construction site which began working each morning very early. Also, the rooms have hardwood floors, so I could hear guests that were above me walking all during the night.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Friendly staff, wonderful amenities, free parking, and great location. The little attached restaurant, DEBI’s, is a great addition also. Delicious food, reasonable prices, and very friendly service. 100% recommended.

Great location. I’m walking distance to most places of interest downtown. Attentive and nice staff. Knowledgeable about place to go based on your interests. Comfortable room and pretty quiet.

The hotel is in a great location. A lot of the sites in Savannah is within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant, Debi's, was very pleasant and the food was good. I had some minor issues with room design and cleanliness.
