everything was very nice for the price, I can tell it's been upgraded from last year, the hot tub still isn't working right, and there's not a lot offered at breakfast but it's okay for the price. I definitely wouldn't complain and would go back there again.

We are waiting on a refund as we had to cancel our reservation and there were no other rooms available. We were in a 1st floor room and there was water pouring out of the bathroom light fixture. There was so much water on the floor it made it's way out of the bathroom to the hallway carpet. This is a major fire hazard. We had to drive an extra hour to find an available room to rent due to it being a busy weekend in Fargo. It was almost 1am by the time I found a hotel for my family (with 2 young kids) to stay. On a side note, there were sketchy individuals handing around and a young child playing in the parking lot by the dumpster at 11:30pm.

Nice new bathroom. Breakfast not really up to par since the coffee machine was broken but they fixed it by the next day.

A great bargain

I came here with my 12 year old daughter. I had actually stayed at the property about 10 years ago before it changed ownership. Back then the place was well landscaped, good outdoor lighting and a welcoming entrance. That was not my experience this time. No lighting in the parking lot, an odd blue and mauve exterior made this spot look abandoned on the outside .. plenty of cars in the parking lot, but gives off a sketchy vibe. Lots of people hanging around the parking lot made us feel uncomfortable or unsafe. I will say the inside was very bright and freshly decorated. Very nice greeting from staff at check in. The room was mostly clean, we found food from the previous stay in the fridge and the notepad next to the phone had a coffee ring on it, but the bed was clean and comfortable. Although the pool is small, it was clean. Again lots of foot traffic in the pool area of people not even swimming, made us not want to utilize the pool space very long. Since there were no coffee makers in the room, I had hoped morning breakfast would have coffee as an option ... WORST COFFEE I have ever had ..like hot dish water... No amount of creamer can fix that. I saw another review complaining about the coffee... It's true it's horrible... However the rest of breakfast is good. For the price I paid, I would hope to have a sense of safety for myself as well as my child, and although nothing happened, the place carries a sketchy vibe. I won't be staying at this property again .

Only stayed for a few hours before a flight with the family, but everything was exactly as it should be.

This hotel was very affordable, but very small. The breakfast was not good. The jelly was very hard and old. The staff was very nice tho I would just say they should upgrade on the breakfast and maybe put a coffee machine in the rooms

So many lights! While the tv was off, it had a night light bright enough to scare away the monsters under the bed. Every outlet had a bright blue LED. The gap at the bottom of the door let in a lot of light. The bed side lights illuminated the room like a football stadium with a blue tint. I was able to cover up all the annoying sources of unwanted light. A floor lamp had two softer bulbs that were not as bright. I set it next to the bed and unplugged one of the bulbs. The mini fridge made more noise than a poorly maintained hot water heating system. I had no use for it. So I defrosted it for them. Everything else was great-clean room, friendly staff, comfy bed, and decent breakfast

It was like walking into a new building. It was remodeled inside and out...new furnishings, beds, carpeting. The manager was helpful and even carried our luggage to our room on 2nd floor since we are near 80 and there was no elevator. We enjoyed our 2 night stay.

It. Was pretty clean for an econo lodge. I would stay here again on purpose.
