Average hotel, good for a night's stay. Room is comfortable but not maintained well. No room service, no microwave, no coffee machine or fridge. Room service doesn't change the bed sheets, just towels are replaced and bathroom cleaned. Location is very good to access downtown and Brocktown.

Overall for the price it was better than expected. That said, it was a little dirty as in it could've been dusted and swept more. You can tell it was updated but cheaply. There is a lot of noise due to location but again, for the price kind of expected. Had no issues checking in or out. Would probably stay again if needed for a1 night stay.

The rooms were remodeled recently but cheaply. Only one light worked in the bedroom, the tv turned on but no picture on the screen, and the deadbolt to the door didn’t lock all the way. They were actively remodeling rooms during our stay which was fine but they started at 6 am and ended around 10 pm which was pretty loud and we were traveling with a baby. The bathtub was still dirty and the floors hadn’t been mopped in our room. But we got in late and had a cranky baby so we toughened it out. The lady’s at the desk were nice but when we told them about the room they said they could’ve moved us but still charged us extra fees. We probably won’t stay again

The hotel has signs all around saying it’s no longer a hotel. I can only guess this means they no longer accept long stay residents. There were bugs in the room, I counted around 5. Overall the room was comfortable. The front desk was very helpful
