Comfortable, best rate in town! However, the heater is tricky. You have to open a little hatch on the of the furnace on the ground. Then you use that switch to turn on. Not the thermostat on the wall.

The outside was a bit dated looking but the paint job looked nice. Inside, it was somewhat modernized, quite sizable rooms, very clean, and well maintained. The rooms didn’t have a lot a bells and whistles but they had the basics that I needed for the price.

Very well impressed with my stay. They have a little bit of everything and the beds are super comfy! The room is nice and quiet and they don’t allow smoking which I also really like

I made my reservation online and one of the amenities I was looking forward to was a microwave in the room. I also called to make sure they accept small dogs, to which they said they do at this property. I arrived and got checked in. While going over the rules I was told no pets of any kind. So I had to make an unplanned one hour drive out of my way to take my dog home. On my way back to the room I stopped for some microwaveable food. When I finally got into the room, I saw there was no microwave. I go to shower later that night and there is no shower head. To top it off the sheets had stains on them. I will not be a return customer at this location.
Also, if you stay at this location, you might want to request the top floor. Any and all movement sounds like ppl are stomping around.

Friendly staff. The man running the connected pizza place seemed annoyed that I only asked for a soda.
Room was clean. Mini fridge and microwave. It’s a pretty basic hotel. The bus line is super convenient to downtown.

Bedding, pillows, room in general is all old. Needs updates and new linens. Bathroom and shower were clean and good. New sheets, pillows and bed spreads would be a huge improvement.

Affordable, but our room had a very loud buzzing sound coming from the wall, we asked to be moved and the manager said he couldn't. Whatever you do, do not accept Room 311.
