Very very old fixtures, fridge, microwave. However very clean. My room was small but I do not need much space. I have personally seen and purchased nicer chairs and tables at Goodwill. The desk chair did not adjust, so I sat as a low rider at the desk. Mrs. Patel (mgr) is very kind and suggestfull of places to see in Lawrence. The internet reception kept going in and out so I had to re-connect frequently.

Was a quiet place to stay. Towels were all stained with something with an orange color to it. The lamp next to the TV was hanging off of the wall. Screen windows were pretty beat up from the looks as if someone was trying to get in at one point. Had some questionable people hanging around outside at night. Definitely lock you're vehicles.

This was by far the worst hotel that I've ever stayed in! I wasn't expecting the Hilton, but for what I paid, I DID expect cleanliness and this establishment was FAR from clean! There was dirt, hair, and spilled/dried up beverages all over the room. Dirt and hair caked in every corner of the bathroom. Mold all over the bathroom "walls" (it was actually flooring tile on the tub walls which is not meant for high moisture areas) dried fluids of some kind on the bathroom walls and baseboards, dried up pile of feces and/or vomit on the floor next to the bed, broken light fixtures, broken computer desk, broken tv remote, broken phone, paper thin walls, smelled horribly of cigarette smoke, black body hairs in the bedsheets, sticky spots (soda?) on counters and mirrors, and the bedside table had gunk and dirt CAKED all around the bottom of it! As for their "continental breakfast", it consisted of 2 dry cereal choices, bruised bananas, toast, and a tub of COMMUNITY BUTTER for EVERYONE to use. Gross. The room was drafty and cold. You could see daylight coming in all around the door to our room because it is not properly sealed. One of the holes was about the size of a dime and was directly at the bottom of the entrance to the room (concerning). No refunds either. I tried to upload photos for proof, but can't. This hotel clearly does not follow Choice protocols when it comes to their cleanliness standards. I will be filing a formal complaint with Choice Hotels, as well as the BBB.

The staff were very friendly. There were a lot of security cameras which made me feel better about exterior doors on rooms. The beds were comfortable and clean. I liked that even though it’s an older hotel it had vinyl plank floors not worn out carpet. It had a mini fridge and small microwave. There was also a safe but we did not inquire about it. The furniture, other than the beds seemed old but were in good shape and clean. We would stay there again.

I liked the cost. Didn’t like the lack of cleanliness. I didn’t expect them to have a full continental breakfast, ut it would have been nice if they had butter or jam for the toast they did provide

The wonderful couple that runs this hotel are truly wonderful. They love the community and want you to truly enjoy your stay… if anything is missing or you need extra supplies politely ask they are more than willing to accommodate. I’ve been treated so kindly while traveling with my children

The property and the room were in bad conditions.

Terrible. The backside of the motel is a place of drug deals and transients. Not a clean or safe place to stay. Stay far away!

Staff was very nice and check in was easy. The property is easy to get to and convenient, but very old and dingy. Walls are paper thin so it’s a bit noisy. Cost was a bit high for the quality of stay.

The clerk was nice and friendly. The place was clean. Will stay again.

The staff was very friendly, and check in/out was quick and easy. I visited in February on one of the coldest days, 6°Fahrenheit, but the room was very toasty, even the uncarpeted floors.

Hotel was dirty the linens looked dingy! The continental breakfast was nothing you would want to eat!

It was ok. Breakfast was not the time listed on website making it to late for my travel to work. Office chair in my room had parts protruding from the seat. Shower had good pressure but intended for 5' person rather than a 6'1" gentleman such as myself. Car never got broke into and did not lose anything from my room though, they did enter my room even with the do not disturb sign on the door... Price is good.

Our sheets on both beds were dirty & had stains on them along with the mattress pad, was disgusting! Went to the office to see about getting clean ones. Waited in there for several minutes as there was no one at the desk or to be found. Finally someone showed up & told them the situation & he said he would call "housekeeping" to bring me "clean" sheets. When "housekeeping" brought me sheets they were all waded up like they grabbed them out of the dirty clothes. When putting them on the bed found lots of hairs all o er them, so not convinced they were actually "clean" sheets?! When we checked out I asked the same gentleman that checkus in if there was anyway we could get a discount for having to deal with that situation. Like no one expects or wants to oay for a room & then have to cha ge your own sheets as soon as you get there because there dirty. He said the "manager",who I think was himself, said wouldn't give me a discount for that? I asked why & he said because they brought me "clean" sheets really fast after complaining!? Like seriously! Guess you get what you pay for! Terrible management & disgusting place! I would NOT waste tour money on this business! Worth paying a little more to get clean sheets to sleep on!

Everything was just fine the staff the area and the room very pleasant enjoyed it
