There was nothing likable or redeemable about this property It was a unsafe trap-house or crack house it was completely stank dirty and nasty the building should be shut down and not allowed to do business, the place looks nothing like the pictures on the Expedia web site so I should get a refund for false advertisement alone, but I should have my money returned period because the place was unsuitable to be called an operating building or a safe and comfortable stay I was unable to stay there due to safety concerns with addicts shamelessly waiting on there next victim ,the place needs to be torn down and the owner should be arrested fined and put out business , not allowing this review is deceptive as it doesn't not violate any rules and is informative for other people who may need to know to stay away or proceed with caution

It’s was just alright. It’s was cheap but need fix and make its look better but like I said it not too bad..

We did not even stay. This place looked like it was barely functional. Great for weekly stay people that can’t afford actual rent, but was afraid to even leave the car overnight. We decided to forfeit the money and find another hotel a few miles away.

I’m glad I had hotels.com funds for most of the room. The property is run down. The room was damp. No shower curtain. One towel. Very dark in the room. Two lamps. Front desk staff was very nice. But when she gave me my key card, she said my room number out loud in front of the 3 men standing at the desk(other staff members I believe). As a woman, that just felt unsafe. Disappointing stay but only 1 night.

Everything about it was bad!! Stinky, dirty and crap!! Noisy during nights Garbage everywhere and try to avaoid at all costs

Expedia shows a nice hotel. Definitely not. Bullet holes, broken glass, missing ceiling tiles. Lost $150 because you can't even get a refund for the FAKE ad they made. False advertisement is illegal and I've made a dispute with my bank. DO NOT GO HERE. I made a reservation 3 days in advance and check in says 3pm. My room wasn't even ready or cleaned until 4. They even left their cleaning supplies on the counter. Fridge was crap and didn't even work. We left after walking into our room. Had to book another hotel, out of double the money because the pictures LIED. Not clean and not safe. We had to leave.

Crystal is very closed minded about the needs of others instead of listening to both sides. She listens to herself and makes decisions on what she comes up with. I couldnt get a word in. Paid Reservation and transient client

Nothing, they lied about this property - we didnt stay but 5 mins for our saftey. im trying to add photos from my phone but im having issues

The lamp didnt work the only light was in the bathroom. Dirty wash cloth was hanging on the shower curtain. The sink had a bucket under it to catch water and it started overflowing water was everywhere.

Everything was excellent the staff the stay I would recommend it anyone and their room prices are great and affordable

Looks better inside than the outside and they fixing it up which will b nice but more front desk and housekeepers are needed i been waiting on service but not help.

Grateful that we were able to get a last minute room, being there was no availability anywhere. However couldn't really sleep because of the environment. Drug users and homeless domain, and walls are very thin can hear next door and across room conversations had to whisper. No tissues in bathroom(glad I carry my own), bathtub was dripping all night. Surprisingly didnt see any roaches, but the nets took the place of them.This facility should not be suitable to operate any type of business. I truly advise the owner to sell property why he/she still can. Allowing the building to be totally demolish(leaving nothing behind) and rebuilt from the ground up. Thank God we only needed to stay one night, had booking to another hotel the remaining of the trip...

Front desk never showed up so I left

Avoid if you like sleep, clean floors, or functioning appliances. We had to change rooms because the first one looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the dinosaurs checked out and surprise! No couch. Our poor son had to sleep on the “flavored” tile (definitely not chocolate). The next day, we upgraded to two beds after realizing the photos online were from a parallel universe. Front desk said 15 minutes. An hour later, we were sweating in the hallway like rejected extras from a reality show, watching housekeeping try their best with a dirty mop that from I could guess was dipped in swamp water. The “cleaned” floors were so sticky it felt like we were walking on used lollipops for the rest of our stay. Bathroom? Very hairy. Beds? Like sleeping on a sack of potatoes. The microwave looked like it survived a zombie apocalypse with no plate and no hope. The fridge hadn’t grown mold (yet), but still smelled like expired lunchables. Nighttime was thrilling especially if you enjoy 3am shouting matches and waking up to someone screaming expletives outside your window like it’s WWE Monday Night Raw. Breakfast? Doesn’t exist. The pool? Decoration only. Bonus thrill: no deadbolt on the door because who doesn’t want to live on the edge and practice their ninja moves in the middle of the night? If you’re bringing your family, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. Or at least bring a hazmat suit, noise-canceling headphones, a few weapons and your own appliances.
