Our first room was dirty and smelly. We got another room that was on a much higher floor that was cleaner and did not smell. I assume it was a room that was used for maybe high rollers.

The service from the hotel staff at the front desk and in the gold room was wonderful.
The cleanliness of the room left a little bit to be desired. The sheets were clean, but the comforter looks left on. The shower had mold.

We got a suite with the Jacuzzi tub
We loved it. The only problem was room 1200. The bathroom was difficult to get into the toilet and out of the bathroom after using the toilet. There’s a towel rack that I sat my back on several times trying to get into an out of the bathroom other than that, everything was great.
